When I walked In, I noticed no one was at the front but instead I heard a movie playing. This is not an issue cause if there’s no customers then sure you can hang out. This issue was I yelled “hello” about 4x and banged on the desk before I finally got his attention. The worker himself is extremely nonchalant however, When I asked a question he sometimes talked over me. But the worst part is that as I was just standing there, I noticed something moving and when I went to look at it I knew it was a bug. I would suggest them fumigating their establishment and teaching proper communication skills for better service

Clerk is rude, unprofessional, lacks communication skills and has absolutely no customer service skills, Drop -off & Go is your best option

Spent a hour there waiting for him to put in my address?? I don’t know what he was doing but the said the computer was slow. I had four packages and I left after he put the label on two of them- I was not going to wait another hour for the other two. A package that should not have been more than $50 (I checked when I got home and when I went to a different post office) he charged me $117 - cash only is also not helpful

The man at the front desk with the mental disability regularly acts inappropriate with customers. I came to this establishment to mail a package and I had my 11 year old daughter with me. When I was browsing shipping supplies, he exposed himself to my daughter.

I have been using this place for several years I believe since they open for business. I have never had an issue and the young man behind the desk has always been professional.

It’s been 72 hours and my packages have been stuck at scanned but located in system. These are 5 packages worth lots of money and the gentleman cannot recall if/when the packages were picked up. He’s been guesstimating but cannot tell me where the packages are. I’m concerned that either my packages were never shipped or he’s lost them. I’ve been patient but I’m exceptionally upset at the customer service. I’ve called over 8X between Sunday and Tuesday and no one has answered. I’ve left voicemails as well. When I returned to the office yesterday I was told my packages were picked up, yet I could see a bag full of packages behind the desk. Additionally he told me to call the number on the receipt which no one answered. Something isn’t adding up. Potential customers you’re better off going directly to the post office to avoid the mess.

I have no idea how they're still in business. This place must be shut down. This has to be a joke!!! Everything about them is suspicious. They hide/loose packages, don't answer the phone, the guy behind the desk seems to have a mental disability - he's very nice, but unable to provide clear and helpful customer service. WHO IS THE OWNER OR MANAGER OF THIS PLACE?

My gf left something at the location and before even hearing the situation out I was over talked by a male and female worker, and was told that they could not give me the item that she lost because “it was a federal building.” That’s not true. I asked if she could confirmIdentify via phone in order to confirmIt was her item. NO HELP

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. On August 13th I went to Sunrise to mail a package that was suppose to go to NJ via UPS.Today, August 27th the recipient did not receive the package; I went to Sunrise to try to figure out what happen to my package. After answering numerous questions over and over; I notice my package on a white stand behind the young guy back. Thank God my package was there and not completely lost. I am in support of equal opportunity but how can you have someone with a disability working in your establishment without supervision.

TERRIBLE, the man in there took my documents about a month and change ago … charged me $2 to mail it out and never gave me a receipt ! The place I was mailing it to is still telling me they never received my documents on top of Sunrise never answering the phone . Annoying and very stressful, you don’t know what’s being mailed out you shouldn’t play with people lives like this .

This establishment is very unprofessional and hold peoples mail for over a week! I paid them to ship a package and it still hasn’t left their building by day 5. No one will return my emails or answer the phone! What type of business is this!!!!

This place is horrible it really is a shame that it’s affiliated with fedex. They lack tremendously in customer service. The guy at the counter seemed clueless and waited over 15 mins to give me the email address to send the documents I needed printed whole he serviced other clients not knowing what to do with me. Once printed he repeatedly told me he gave me everything even though I showed him the email over and over with missing pages. Finally he realized there was no more paper in the machine. He then charged me $2 a paper which is about 5x the normal price of a fedex print and go and the prints weren’t even clear so there useless. I need this paperwork for court. He then gave me a receipt for about half the papers. Again I had to count the papers over to get a correct receipt. Please go somewhere. They will overcharge and the employees are clueless.

Don’t even deserve 1 star! First of all customer service is trash!!! I called like 10 times and no one picks up the phone. I took a very large package there as return and the company never received it nor can they locate it. And I’m still being charged for it because it looks like it never was returned! I went there physically to investigate and it wasn’t there so it was picked up or someone took it. Honestly after reading these reviews I believe it was stolen by Sunrise postal center. I had a drop off receipt and they still couldn’t trace the package. The front desk guy was questioning if I ever brought it there that day. This is the first time I ever went there! If they can’t keep good records why are they a service to this community? If they are stealing people’s packages they should be closed for good!!! I’ve learnt now at my own expense!
