I went to refill my data because I didn't have enough data for about a day during my trip, but a black woman asked for $71 first and then said she would refill the data. I asked for about $120 in total. I went to another nearby shop and settled the data for only $25. It was a terrible experience, and I hope you do your business honestly

Yo this store is terrible. 1st time I went in there a girl wit a mustache gave me the worst attitude for no reason. And it got worse when I tried to brighten the mood. Like it was really disgusting. You only have 1 life why be miserable. Then I went in again today and another girl just gave me false information on how to solve my problem.

Great local store! I went into the store with a phone issue my wife was having, hot greeted by a sales person, Vince I believe his name was and he was awesome! A bit rough around the edges but super helpful and knowledgeable. Made a great recommendation which my wife ended up taking and also gave her a free watch. The rest of the staff was very helpful and nice, even answering some of my questions while the staff member got my products together. Overall quick and painless!!!

I visited the TMobile store on Graham Avenue in Brooklyn. I thought my phone was broken. crissy, one of the sales representatives told me to bring it in. I thought I lost my daughter’s funeral pictures forever. I was devastated. In just a matter of minutes, crissy asked me for my google account address. And just like that, all of the photos I thought were gone forever, were right there. She made my day! She was so patient and so understanding of what these pictures meant to me. I will NEVER forget her. Thank you Crissy and TMobile for making a difficult time, so much easier. They really take care of their customers!

Im a T-Mobile customer for almost 22 years and I received the most unprofessional and rude customer service from Naryda.I wanted to buy a new cellphone and I asked for advice, instead she laughed did not answer me any questions and she went to the back room never came back to the sales floor. So I left.T-Mobile you need to train your people ?

The incompetence is real. They shouldn't even have employees, just keep the kiosk open and fire everyone there, all they do is gather around and gossip anyway. Robots can do their job better and for free.
