Last Tuesday, March 5, I went to this store wanting to upgrade my phone. The representative, Florence, was very rude. Her horrible attitude made me change my mind about the upgrade and after 7 years with TMobile, I am even considering changing to Verizon, because I never found such a bad service in a TMobile store. She was rushing me to make a decision and told me that she needed to leave to an appointment and did not have too much time for me. If I asked a question to confirm information about the phone I wanted, she repeated: "I already told you that" with a very rude tone and attitude. Such a horrible service in this store. Florence is not a good customer service representative, her attitude and rudeness are ruining TMobile brand name.

They are less professional, I am here waiting for a long time to be attended to and they attended to another lady who barely arrived and I was waiting and nothing, I got tired and I am pregnant, terrible

I went in with my dad today and asked some few questions about international long distance calls. We’ve asked for a Mandarin translator to service us. However, the guy was being very impatient and rude to us. During the moment where we trying to pull something out on our phone and show him. Not even 2 secs, he impatiently asked “do you guys have any other questions,” I was standing on the side looking at him when he was talking to my dad. It was really a bad service that we’ve experienced today. I highly wouldn't recommend this location for others in the future.

I needed a screen protector, and the second I walked in, I was greeted nicely and very well taken care of. It was done in about 5 minutes. When I left I was told to have a good night. I felt good walking in and out of there.

came here to do warranty exchange, was served by an asian guy named "Tommy", Tommy was the only worker who kept helping other customers while helping me which made him take longer time to get my exchange done, when I asked him why are you the only representative here that is not focusing with your customer while other representatives in the store are focusing only with their customers, he said because I can multitasking!! he is a rude guy and I definitely DON'T RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE

I went in for a new phone and the person who answered me thought he would give me the phone for free because he treated me in a very bad way. I felt uncomfortable to the point that I told him I'll come back later, and with his hand holding out he motioned for me to get out of here.
