The worst T-Mobile I’ve ever been in!I was looking for help to Put a phone plan into my phone with my old number that have just been finishing the month , t-Mobile was packed I was waiting patiently waiting for help and a representative came to help but instead of helping me. Alex, the representative Couldn’t figure out how to do it, and instead of talking to me in a calm tone of voice, he shouted at me, screaming his lungs out that he cannot help me. I’m looking at him talking to him calmly and he still shouts on my face” I can’t help you.” Well, he’s screaming. People are looking at me and it’s became very awkward and uncomfortable to stand in T-Mobile. I just needed to do a new plan. why are you screaming?, do you have a problem? This is really not professional. so the manager came and he also couldn’t help Hello, if you can’t help me why are you working here?!so I left and I went to a different T-Mobile. They help me so quick. I couldn’t even count to 10 he already fixed the “The huge problem” The T-Mobile in Kings Highway couldn’t fix!

Wonderful service -- No Wait . Danny the Tech who helped us quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my wife phone -- free of charge . Top notch experience .. would give it 6 stars if I could. what a difference from the experience we had earlier in the day at the T-Mobile store across the street. from the junction.

Zero! Absolutely unprofessional staff! They didn't want to exange my phone through a time of a deal because they told me my phone doesn't fit their promotion and my phone doesn't have a water mark. I personally could see this mark! I went to another office and a few sales people told me that my phone is ok and has all necessary parameters and condition for exchange. It's already four months left since another office accepted my phone, company examed it and everything is ok!Answer on apologies from T-mobile:you must teach them how to work with people especially who graduated from the engineering university, computer science, and understands something in this stuff. Your guys even don't know some elementary parameters, they just graduated from school and came to you. You hire absolutely not professional workers! Also, these guys are rude, they told me: do not come back to us we will not work with you! Its because I showed them this water mark what they didnt find! Never expected this type of "service"

The manager Darrell was not knowledable about a known issue with a Samsung phone I brought into the store for replacement. He said I was unable to get a replacement through my active warranty. When I left the store and called T Mobile they refunded me the money I paid to get a phone through insurance and told me they are working with Samsung and that this issue snould have been covered by my warranty Unprofessional and did not even do his due diligence.

Manager Illia was very helpful, assisted with transferring my carrier and explained everything in details , he was very friendly and knowledgeable. NEXT TIME DEFINITELY GOING TO HIM IF ANY CONCERNS OR QUESTIONS. HE IS VERY HELPFUL AMONG THEM ALL WHO WORK THERE. LIKE ?

Oleksandr was super helpful. I had an issue with the phone line ( wasn't able to make or receive calls) I went to two other T-mobile locations they had no idea what was wrong and couldnt help me, I called support, they checked some stuff and also nothing.. Oleksandr went above and beyond to solve the issue, he took some time and got to the root of the issue and fixed it. There was something wrong with the phone line and it had to be restarted.'

The place is in a busy area so it is hard to find parking. The service was horrible and my helper was acting like a know it all. Doing online was much faster than doing in person.
