My first time to Tmobile Flatbush and 7th Ave in a minute.. All I can say is, I'm so glad I did !!!! Huge shout out to Will and the team Raymond, Jose and Dionicio!!! Will was non stopping in figuring out my phone issue. The team went far beyond to help me for almost an hour!!!! The dedication they showed truly proved their customer service and urgency to help. If you ever have an issue with your phone I would def suggest this team.

Very disappointed with my experience at this onsite location. I talked to customer service about a return that was purchased less then 48 hours prior and was told that I wouldn’t be charged a restock fee since the phone and its box weren’t opened. Went to this location and was greeted with unfriendly, bothered staff and manager that made me feel as if I was a nuisance. They charged me a restock fee even though they didn’t have to… I don’t think I should be charged to return something. Especially when I’m purchasing a more expensive phone.

Really great service and customer care at this location! Manny helped me switch to TMobile and was calm, cool, collected, and creative. He tried multiple ways to solve any problems we ran into and took his time. Overhearing his conversations with other customers, it was clear he's super good at this job. Going to any cellphone carrier store can be a nightmare, but at this location it really wasn't!

The the service has great BUT do not even think about getting a phone there, especially if you are asenior. They swarmed me until I was ended up taking two new lines that I had no use for and never used. The didn't take my trade in, a Fold 3, or give me any credit for it. You will do much better buying your phone at Amazon, Best Buy or Samsung or other outlet.

Went in today to switch from AT&T and I had an amazing experience with William he was such a nice kind and patient person he definitely need a manager position this is what T-Mobile needs I will definitely be back for him to help me

Wish I could give Zero stars. Weekend employees at the 304 Flatbush location in Brooklyn were very unfamiliar with Tmobile policies.

First and last time coming to this location. I arrived at 7 store closes at 8. I was helped by "MANNY". I told him I wanted to purchase a new phone. Prior coming here I was aware my account had credit. He starts off by telling me no more transfers after 7 we close at 8 which I don't get it's a hour until closing but okay cool " store policy". He then tells me that a promo has ended a new one starts Sunday now I understand your trying to give me a better option, but also he was suppose to pull up my account and then sell the best promotion according to my account. When I stated I have credit he THEN pulls up my account to see I have credit which I already told him and he would've known if he wasn't trying to get me out of the store. Long story short I left the store without a new phone. He CONTINUOUSLY came up with numerous excuses why I should come another day when I was already aware of the process and the money I had to put out to get a new phone. Manny wanted to leave work on time and found any and every excuse not to service me today. I found it rude and unprofessional. Not cool won't recommend

WOW! Kai is great! I had an issue with my notes and she fixed it. She was also fast with accepting my payment and any other concern I had EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH EXCELLENT KNOWLEGE.

Derrick was hugely patient, knowledgeable, and good-humored over a very complicated process of switching our family plan from a different carrier. The same for Joe and the young trainee. Recommend the store highly.

Whoever at TMobile is in charge of giving raises needs to give one to Mo right this instant! She (and Jason) were incredibly helpful, kind, and fun to do business with. I usually always dread dealing with cell carriers, but not anymore! Thank you x100000 to Mo & co for making my day. Will definitely make this my home store.

Terrible Costner service, I went go there today and I find the Door open and nobody in side store, 30 mins after coming a costumer service and said the store are close but it’s was 30mins before close, I m pay a higher bill for that company and nobody respect me. They must to talk they change way treatment costumer

Egypt's energy was awesome and genuine. I had the pleasure with working with Egypt twice,each encounter was great. Her customer service game is A-1. Her energy and vibe is everything that a customer looks for when spending their money. I had to write this review to show case Her vibe, energy and professionalism especially during the times we under. I walked in the store a galaxy user and walked out the store an IPhone user with 2 phones and a watch. You don't come across too many people that can be professional and down to earth at the same time.. she was all that in one. T-Mobile hired a winner ...thank you for a wonderful experience

Rodina, has been my go to for years. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful with transfering from (1)phone to the other. I am a very impatience person when it comes to transfering from (1) to the other, so i depend on her alot.She rocks!
