So apparently I visited the store to buy a iPhone 15 and I was told I can’t buy the iPhone without buying a accessory, so does apple know this is going on in t-mobiles or does t-mobile know this is going on, bc the case or charger they try selling you, are not even from apple so why do I have to buy a accessory just to buy the iPhone, I don’t get it , I don’t know the girl’s name but she was like 5’4 with dark blonde hair, what type of Business are you guys running here, don’t come here unless you wanna spend unnecessary money, also remember 5 stars reviews come from friends and family, not customers

I received an excellent customer service on Jan 22 from your employee Mr Sam.I lost my iPhone, and I went to the T-Mobile Store in my neighborhood for that reason.I was panicked, exhausted, and lost.Sam talked to my family members on the phone since I was not the authorized person of the family plan.I showed up with nothing, and Sam was able to get me buy a new phone, iPhone 15 Pro, put the service/ coverage on the phone, set up my iCloud, and assisted me to log on to my WhatsApp account.Above and beyond customer service.My reason to choose T-mobile was because it was the most economical choice since the family plan.From now on I will always go with T-Mobile because of the excellent customer service I received.Please give Sam a raise or promotion.He is an angel in disguise.I am extremely thankful.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The representative upgraded my plan without telling me, and now I’m locked into a plan that costs about $30 a month more than I was prepared to pay for the next two years.I went to upgrade my phone. At the time of the visit, I was told the exchange of my old device would bring down my cost to $19 a month instead of $45. What I wasn’t told was that in order to do this, I’d need to upgrade to a plan that was $30 more and this was done without my knowledge until I got my first bill and it was too late. I can’t get my old phone back, and if I downgrade I lose the credit from my old device and the monthly cost is the same.Honestly, T-Mobile corporate should investigate this location. That was one of the most dishonest customer service experiences I’ve ever had and will end up costing me hundreds of dollars.

Every time I go to have my cell phone screen protector changed they never have it even though I paid for a plan that every time I want to change the screen protector I could do it but it's a lie, my husband and I are known and inept. We are thinking of moving to VERIZON

If I could, I’d give this T-Mobile location/ branch Gazillion stars! Agent Veronica was simply SUPERB, beyond knowledgeable and impeccably helpful as well as kind with my inquiry. She dispatched and undertook my requested relentlessly and was able to adjust my account balance and device upgrade. Nonetheless, everything was well taken care accordingly. Nice vibe and staff, I can’t wait to go back, I certainly recommend these specialist and location.

We returned a WiFi router. However, the phone rep. didn't advise us that we were supposed to have packed the item in a box for shipping from this location. One of the store associates tried to be helpful. However, the other ones did not. The staff needs to be trained in Customer Service.
