Had a wonderful experience. Sales rep was friendly and very knowledgeable and made the shopping/buying experience very pleasant. When a glitch occurred, the manager stepped in and quickly got it resolved, always showing great concern for any inconvenience. If you want to get on the t-mobile network, go to this store. You will be very pleased!

I had a great experience at this t mobile location, staff was really knowledgeable and patient. The sales rep that helped us was Yeasmin and she was awesome, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about everything and was very friendly It was a pleasure dealing with her and she made our whole experience simple. Will definitely be going back to this location.

The staff was patient and professional and knowledgeable. Aj was super sweet and accommodating. Everything was explained to me in detail. He let me know what part of the process would take long and even offered me a chair if I needed.

I have been here two times, First I brought my cuisine and he get his Latest Phone, and now i am here for my Wife and her phone needs for upgrade , We all got what we need first and second; store Representative DK and Simay they have been helpful all we spent time in the Store! Thanks T-Mobile , you have a great team in this store

By far the best t-mobile store I have been too. Wrote everything down on paper for me to have a better understanding of what deal their offering. Love the vibe of the store and the staff great leadership here.

The experiences I had at this T-Mobile location been wonderful. It’s tidy and clean. DK was super helpful and efficient in helping me get home internet and he took the time to show me how to use everything. Every time I needed something the staffs will step in and try their best to fix the issues. Especially DK showed excellent leadership by stepping in. Highly recommend this location, the staffs are kind and helpful.

This location is definitely a top T-mobile location. They are so efficient, helpful and welcoming. DK was absolutely amazing! He assisted in getting me the service I needed and I left with a brand new phone and perfect plan to fit my needs. Definitely would recommend ?

AJ was wonderful and extremely patient.When asking about plans, he was very transparent and saved me money by removing unnecessary features from my plan.He helped my family and I to switch over to their network which took a considerable amount of time and was courteous the entire process.I highly recommend requesting AJ for your representative and certainly will in the future.Thank you, I greatly appreciate it.

My husband and I went in to switch over from AT&T to T-mobile. And let me just say this was the easiest and best experience I've ever had in any retail store thanks to Aj. I highly recommend if you are looking to switch to T-mobile or you are an existing customer looking to upgrade your phone or any help really, ask for Aj. He was super informative. He check for any and every deal the we may qualify for. He told us about the internet that now T-mobile offers (which we highly recommend you getting). After everything was done, he kept in touch to make sure my husband's phone number ported over. He gave us his cell phone# and stayed in touch to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you Aj for your outstanding customer service. I hope T-mobile knows what an incredible employee you are.

I had an excellent experience at thisT-Mobile location. I came to port in two phone lines from another company. I had the pleasure of being assisted by AJ. He was friendly and excited to help. He looked into the best deal that I could get for my lines. We ran into an issue porting in one of the lines for a couple days. He made sure to stay on top of it and contacted me multiple times to try to help resolve the issue, and he did make sure to completely resolve the issue. AJ will definitely be my go to when I need assistance at T-mobile.

DK needs more training as a store manager! As a former store manager for T-Mobile and left the job 2 months ago July 2023. I knew what he was trying to do when I came in to do a return. I was informed by him I had to go back to the original store where I purchased the item and “this is a third party store.” This is why he “couldn’t” find my receipt in the system.(I showed him a picture receipt) Yes DK this review is for you( I know you will be the one responding to these reviews). You colleague who think it’s funny and say “SHE’S TRYING TO TEACH YOU HOW TO FIND THE RECEIPT IN THE SYSTEM?” Yes maybe you and your store manager needs MY training to run the store better! Treat customers with respect and mind your own business and help your own client if your own store manager is not asking for your feedback. Don’t ever walk into this store if you are not buying from them! These people will not treat you the same way! Also T-Mobile is waiving home internet and BTS activations. They were charging the customer who was getting home internet the activation fee! Maybe it’s nice to inform customer about it since they are giving you business.

Nice place a d service they very good service they help and listen what you say and they help what you need very good some T-Mobile are not like this, But I will come to this place in Brooklyn I love it?
