Lots of learned helplessness here. Do whatever you need to do online/ at Best Buy. These guys do not care about you, and cannot help you. I spent over 2 hours here to activate my new phone: to 1. Did not have my problem solved — was simultaneously online w TMobile Customer Care, while in-store played the blame game with them and threw up their hands 2. every piece of information I was given turned out to be wrong 3. then they tried to sell me a prepaid plan ? when they couldn’t know/ do anything but blame their counterparts

I went to pay my bill yesterday and the girl was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked her if I can ask a question she was like what happened!!! The customer service sucked they were rude had nasty attitudes. Absolutely no professional courtesy at all. Seriously T-Mobile the behavior at your Bedford Brooklyn location is unacceptable and I will let others know not to go to that store.

I never leave reviews but I just had the single worst customer service interaction at this T-Mobile. I had a quick question and the guy with whom I spoke was nothing but rude and dismissive since the very beginning. This is not the first time it happens, the last time I was there I spoke with another guy who also behaved like doing his job was doing me a favor. Matthew the manager seems knowledgeable and professional, but the other younger guys who work there have a serious attitude problem. Get it fixed!

The staff here is amazing!! Can't say enough good things about this location considering I've had bad experiences at other T Mobile locations. Patricia was amazing and so helpful! I truly feel like I have a team I can rely on for anything phone related!

Extreme Hostility Encountered at Your EstablishmentManagement / T-mobileI am writing this letter to convey my deep concern and extreme dissatisfaction concerning my recent experience at your establishment. The environment was overwhelmingly hostile, profoundly unprofessional, and deeply discomforting, far from the standard of civility I anticipated.It has come to my attention that the competency of your in-person staff is highly questionable compared to the outstanding service provided by your online representatives. The staff members exhibited an unacceptable level of disrespect, speaking in a condescending manner and displaying discourteous behavior in the presence of both colleagues and guests.My encounter was marred by instances that I can only describe as the absolute worst I have ever experienced from the moment I entered your premises to the point of departure. The intensity of the negative experience was such that it necessitates immediate remedial action on your part.Moreover, I was deeply troubled by the apparent prevalence of prejudiced attitudes within your team. I was aghast to encounter flagrant homophobia and blatant anti-Asian sentiment amongst your staff, conditions that have no place in any modern, inclusive society.Such deplorable attitudes and unprofessionalism undermine the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion and create an unwelcoming atmosphere for patrons who rightfully expect a respectful environment.In light of these serious issues, I urge your immediate attention and appropriate action to rectify the situation.

Bad employees at this location, mainly a hispanic female and a black male (weren't able to get their names as if they would provide it anyway) T-Mobile needs to step up when it comes to the type of employees they hire because this level of poor service is easily bad for business.

Super friendly and helpful team. I was given wrong info from the Apple Store about my plan and the phone I was trying to buy. Matthew at T Mobile helped me understand their mistake and solved my issue at no cost. Thank you!

T-Mobile just care about money including poor and mentally disabled customers. I am contacting my personal injury lawyer and talk about T-Mobile mental health disable policy. I only have $30ish dollar in my bank and T-Mobile asking to pay $649.99 to payoff the phone to unlock T-Mobile network. It's been a week that I'm trying unlock my network to start my already transfered phone number to phone service medicare goverment. plan.I

Worst customer service ever. Folks have crazy attitude. Why work there if you don’t understand that you there to serve others. Never again will i go there.I gave you guys three chances already. Failed miserably all but once. Plenty of stores in the city. Good luck with that approach to your clients.
