Absolutely rude and incompetent staff. I tried to get to activate my other lines from my plan. The guy had to talk to the manager. Then I was told that my telephone numbers are inactive and will be changed? . I'm polish speaking, with the manager, also polish speaking. Instead of getting any service, i was asked my age, by the manager (??). I couldn't get any answers so i called my account representative (in English) and i got all the info and service I needed..my numbers are unchanged and active. this branch is useless. Period. They just don't bother there.Too bad, because I like T mobile.

Employees straight up lied to get me to pay more money and left me without a phone for several days. Truly the worst experience I've had with a company, I'm just shocked.

First, I just wanna give a shoutout to G, the General Manager for this location, as he’s always making sure the customers are well taken care of. The staff makes this location feel like a comfortable space and show that they are well experienced in what they do. Shoutout to Michael and Sincere for helping me today!

They do not give customer service . They do not greet when you walk in . I had to call customer service to get a credit due to the staff lying a bout payments . Sam is rude . And even the guy with the tablet do not have correct information. I asked for help with my Apple Watch and they didn’t give me the correct info . I had to YouTube it and call customer service . They are scammers here and tell you whatever so you can walk out with a phone even tho it’s not the correct information later on with your payment .

I have to give them one star. If it was up to me I’ll give them zero stars customer service there sucked. The service rep Alex was swinging his tablet and did not greet me with a smile. He made me feel as if I were bothering him. I went into the store to get a new phone. They did not have it in stock. I asked him is there any other store that may have it and he replies yes, but doesn’t do anything to further help me. Truly disappointed by his entire attitude and demeanor.

This place is the best. My google account was almost filled. I had over 300,000 emails and Michael a t mobile worker deleted them for me. It took over 2 hours but he did it! He taught me how to delete them on a regular basis.

Walked in to get help changing my SIM card the first person didn’t even greet me was just sitting Down playing music from his phone his name starts with an S i think and the second person who help me was will he was very nice and polite he greeted me and helped me out pretty quickly and then the other person was helping another person out and he walks over to a machine and starts kicking like a mad person like he doesn’t wanna work or something i would have giving 5 stars for the help will did but the other person who was there just made it a horrible experience and I was really uncomfortable by the way he was acting

Today at 10:30am I only needed them to ring me up for $10 adapter and this young sleepy lady working there was incapable to quickly be so kind to help out even I had the exact amount in cash in my hand rushing to catch a flight. She was encouraged by her manager to not help me even she was in the waiting line on the phone to set up a new costumer who was fine with me quickly purchasing that cable. When I said to her she is being incompetent she asked me to leave.I go to this location now for 10 years and upgrade my phone and t-mobile contract on the regular bases. This could have been resolved if she would have used common sense and was interested to give a good customer service experience. :’(

Good experience walking in the other day, had to get my phone changed for a new one and this young gentleman named sam guided me very nicely he chose the best option for me and my technological needs and stayed within my budget! (Bonus points) Would definitely come here again 10/10
