The best T mobile store in New York ! Staff is very professional and hard working / nice ppl !I have been so many t mobile store in nyc etc but this is the best store and they solve problem quickly

Tiara was extremely nice and patient helping me get my data off of my malfunctioning old phone onto my new one, and made sure automatic backup was set up on my new phone to avoid future problems.

Both my partner and I have had bad experiences here. Went to upgrade my phone and spent 1 hour and 20 minutes leaving with my upgrade incomplete and not being able to use my original phone in the process. After having to leave for work I actually had to go to another T-Mobile to get my original phone reactivated. They also never cancelled my charge for the insurance which was incorrectly added so had to do that. When I calmly mentioned this fiasco to the store manager she said that “ I was in a rush” and made no attempt to apologize. Another time a rep inappropriately commented on our relationship. Weird dude. I’m sure this place can do better and I’ve had better experiences at other t-mobiles overall

When to the store because of issues with devices, following the recommendations of a Tmobile representative to get a new device wild, a replacement arrived... Tmobile employees and manager knowing the device was going to be returned to the store refused to sale the a new device and suggested to go to a different T mobile store....

This lactation is horrible. Once you buy your phone and have your service plan, you can forget about anything beyond that. I went in for the new screen cover. They don't have them. I was told it could be mailed to me. I said I am leaving in a week, asked how long to get it. That wasn't answered until I asked 3x. It was suggested that I "just go to other stores and ask if they have any". I asked for a list of nearby stores. "that's not our job". I asked for the phone number of the nearby store and was told to Google it. But my phone battery is dead.....part of the issue. They offered to charge it then used MY PHONE to look for the phone number on Google. "it's not my job" was the reply I got numerous times when I asked questions. I left in tears with major regrets for switching to T,-Mobile. Save yourself and don't switch.

The best t-mobile store around. I moved fr wmsbg to queens & I still come bk here bc the staff knows what they're doing. Every location in queens, the staff doesn't know how to do anytime & they refuse to help the customer..so I always come bk to grand st & Graham & only buy fr them.

We’re struggling to get new lines added on T-Mobile customer service and these guys got me 3 new lines faster than I could speak with someone over the phone.
