Giving a Five Star rating because of the great customer service experience that I received from Justin, Dilir, Antiaz and Siraj Elshiekh. They were professional, attentive and very helpful to me while I was having an awful and bad experience with another worker and the Manager, there. Keep up the good work guys.

We've met with Amit the assistant manager twice, the 1st time for information & the second time for opening account transferring from another company with 4 lines & adding 2 more lines and phones, we got a VIP customer service with detailed information on everything. Amit had a lot of information about all the questions I had. Definitely will come back again.

The sales rep Justin, is the best. He hooked me up with everything I needed. Brand new phones and a internet for the house. He is the best. Everyone that needs helps look for him. He will go far and beyond to help you. Everyone I know I'm recommending them to him. The assistant manger Malanu and the sales rep Antiaz was the best too. Such a great team.

My experience with Sana and antiaz, was amazing. They were very helpful and help me set up my new home internet. They explained the whole process & helped me with my old home internet because the old workers didn’t set it up for me. Her new staff and she is the BEST. Best customer service. Went in for T-mobile Tuesday giveaway for a glass. One representative told me she was out of them and to go to a gentleman across from her. I was waiting patiently because he was assisting another customer. Waited for 5 minutes and the customer told him to take care of us because she knew we were just wanting to get the glass, his response was it's free they can wait, they are not purchasing anything. Fact is I'm a t mobile paying customer and the comment was uncalled for. If you are disgruntled working there find another job sir.

Place wasnt open at 10am, came back at 11:10 am today, workers need an attitude check. Line piling up and workers refuse to distribute t mobile Tuesday reward. "They're not purchasing anything anyway" said the bald gentleman.I pay for the service and an existing customer is definitely a paying customer, one female (didn't get her name, started with a P) got everyone out in 2 minutes after it started getting crowded while the other female worker (who was doing absolutely nothing by the way) smugly turned people away stating that there wasn't anymore in her half of the small cubby, and sending us to bald gentleman. He was helping a lady but there was plenty of time for him to get people out of there by just reading a phone, and giving an item, maybe don't make such underhanded comments while paying customers are within ear shot, but that's why they're getting paid minimum wage I suppose.
