I really do enjoy coming inside this store particular I guess from my experience, which has been a few, I have had an experience where I definitely left happy and not oversold. For Christmas I was able to open a another line for the iPhone 15 for babygirl which IM THE GREATEST MOM AWARD FOREVERRRR. But the guy gosh I forgot his name was super sweet and very helpful in making sure the decision was perfect to adding to my bill. Then today Natasha was a hero as much I wanted the Flip 5 she wa like na S24 drop next week and that's what you need to get plus my best friend in my ear was saying the same thing.

Highly POOR customer service. As soon as we stepped in they WAVED us out the store very rudely. Due to covid19 they’re practicing social distancing but they should Practice more customer service and be more polite. Once they let us in while we waited outside for a long amount they attended people who came AFTER us. Then Multiple workers started debating on who should attend us first so it made us feel very unwanted.. once someone “ helped us “ he kept huffin and puffin. . made us not want to even put money into this certain location but we were in a rush . DONT COME HERE !!! if you want to avoid all these problems . If you do go there please avoid the rude representative DREW. The rest of the employees were just as rude but mainly him. The only time they even interacted with us was when they tried to convince us to spend more money for insurance coverage ! BYEE !!!

I was there last week and was assisted by Patrick J! He was so nice and knowledgeable about all things T-mobile. He helped me get a new phone for myself and open a new line for my son, as well. Thank you for your time and patience, we need more retail associates like Patrick J, I love my new Z flip!

what scammy store! they offered to hold my mothers phone overnight to transfer her data the next day and they sent the phone out without waiting. didnt wipe the phone, i dont know if they stole the phone, the manager who apparently did it didnt even apologize let alone present themselves and the associate was downright hostile about it and offered no bare hint of an apology, just kept repeating "there was never any guarantee made"trying to get t-mobile to help through customer support is no less helpful, depending i guess on the flip of a coin, they say they care or they say they can get me the phone, but never call back, dont follow up, and then turn around and tell me it cant be done.call up the executive line and they just ping pong you around the call tree until you give up, almost 3 hours mostly on hold i was able to file a report with a third party who can handle escalation and i just have zero faith that will do me any good either.after 3 weeks of having to stop my life and 3 weeks of my mother having to recreate her life because all her notes from doctor's appointments, all her personal note, her texts from family and loved ones, and her contacts and app histories are now gone and not able to be recreated.now i have to start looking for a different carrier because im sure t-mobile will not be willing to do anything to make this right!i would rate t-mobile at -10 but they wont let us give negative ratings.

I'm giving T-Mobile four stars for this review. I Entered T-Mobile on Rockaway ave Brooklyn. Customers were being attended to, but also there were agents walking around I'm not sure if they were busy or not. What I'm saying is no one said we'll be with you shortly. No one gave me eye contact or a courtesy small. (I see you and I'll be with you shortly.) It does make a difference. Wasn't sure if I should walk up to the desk or just stayed there looking confused. Which I did for a little while ? Love & light. Indiana I was able to get my bill paid. I left satisfied.

Came in yesterday for a new phone. The process was well, the girl serving me was very nice. However today I received a text thanking me for the protection plan on my phone which I did not ask for. No where once did I tell that girl I needed a protection plan & if she asked I planned to tell her I had my own bundle. But she never asked, but somehow thought it would be okay to just do it. I don’t appreciate the employees tacking add ons to my bill that I didn’t ask for unless they’re paying. If this is on my bill in a few days. I’m canceling my whole service w this company.

Went to upgrade my phone and I had no service. I still had to end up calling customer service. I also never received a receipt. Poor service.

Customer representative was very very helpful experience I would recommend that store to anybody Rockaway and Flatlands Avenue in Brooklyn very helpful customer service....??????????????

Thank you Kevin for taking the time to transfer my info from my old phone to my new phone...even though his supervisor was saying it couldn't be done...My phone had a horrible glitch that wouldn't permit the crossover but KEVIN did it!!!If anyone has any problems with their phones, go to KEVIN!!!Lol...
