I only gave this location two stars because of the service I received from Cindy. If Cindy had not helped me subsequent to me dealing with Lauriann would’ve given it a one star rating. I walked into the location and made eye contact with Lauriann. I said, “hi how are you?” She looked at me in the eyes and did not even bother to respond. So I took the liberty of explaining the reason why I was there. I came in to activate my iPad as a new customer that just ported my number over from Verizon and to pick up a screen protector.She was very short with me and lacked communication. She mumbled about how she couldn’t get my device to work,walked away with clearly explaining what was happening or her clear intentions to resolve my issue, and made me feel as though I was annoying her as a customer because I had an issue that was not easily resolvable. She did eventually get my iPad up and running, however, the customer service was sub par.Unfortunately I can always expect this when entering an establishment where the customer service reps are primarily the same complexion as I am. Poor attitudes and substandard customer service is always an issue when dealing with people that look just like me. I am a new customer to to T mobile, and if this is a representation of what the future holds,I can tell that I will not be a customer for much longer. I left Verizon because it was a bit pricey. I guess you pay for what you get unfortunately.

,On December 4 I came to this store to pick up T-Mobil Tuesday gifts with my and my daughter's phones (2 different accounts and numbers). I've been visiting this store for at least two years, sometimes with daughter's phone as she babysits her minor kids. That was 2-3 customers inside buying new phones and plans. I approached salesperson Isaaiah who serviced me in past showed to him the phones, but he told me that he couldn't give me two beautiful T-Mobil glasses because of "low stock". That was something new. 2:15 on Tuesday afternoon, the nearest store at Flatbush Ave was closed a few months ago and stock was redirected to this store and already "low stock". This is a unique store-if you come after 3-4 p.m. or the next morning you'll never have a chance to get a gift if it's beautiful. So the salesperson advised me to talk to the manager who stood next to us. He introduced himself as Roger and told me a different story-I could not get two gifts even my and daughter's phones had different accounts and numbers one gift only.regardless of the fact we pay for each account. I asked him if T-Mobil changed the rules and wasn't it discrimination us as consumers. And the answer was "no". I will definitely forward my complaint to T-Mobil headquarters and Consumer Affairs Bureu, in meanwhile I won't recommend this store to my friends and neighbors.

We were helped by 2 different employees on separate days & for the same reason, to do a trade-in on 2 devices. First experience was terrible, it was a long wait and were almost told we could not do the trade. However, things changed, and we did.The first employee was young & he seemed to have taken too much. I asked another employee that was free if they can help us, but between them they decided to let us know he'd be 5 more minutes.more than 5 minutes later we got help and the process seemed to go well.it wasn't until I was attended by Karl, we realized how much the service was lacking the first time. Karl walked us through the whole process & demonstrated great customer service. Our trade was processed faster with him & as for the first 2, they have not gone through.I assume the process was done differently.ANYWAY, I highly recommend you go to Karl, he knows his stuff & is worth the wait! Which is also inevitable in this location!

I don’t advise everyone to go there They are impolite people there It’s not at all possible to talk to you wildly They talk to you impolitely as they want and do it and I advise anyone to go there It’s very dirty They would like to change the number It doesn’t work out for me The number they say it doesn’t work At first they said yes it works then they said it doesn’t work, I don’t advise you to

Please learn how to respect others before doing the customer service position. The staff is rude and racist. I am willing to pay a top plan and services but the one that I receive is worthless. I ask for help and service that I pay for it. However, the staff didn’t take care and fix it. He try to ignore and laugh behind me. When I ask help one more time, he tells me to contact customer service through the phone with disrespectful attitude. Also, I know what I am doing because I don’t like waste time for the ridiculous thing. I already called T-Mobile but they told me to the store to ask for help. T-Mobile should train them how to serve the customers and have performance rating for them. This is a competitive industry. Hence, making a customer feel respectful if they want to keep customer retention.

By FAR one of the best T-Mobile stores I've been to, the customer service was amazing, I initially came into the store with no idea what I was going to do, my family and I moved from AT&T and decided to purchase the latest iPhone, we were met with Mundo who helped us tremendously! the process was seamless and fast. Was literally in and out in a matter of 1 hr tops. More reps needs to be like Mundo! keep up the great work, will definitely revisit for any upgrades in the near future with Mundo!
