There are two big reasons I use Talas for my book arts supplies: 1) The have very good quality materials and 2) their packaging for shipping is excellent. Papers are never bruised or dimpled, and bookcloth arrives in perfect condition.

This was my first Talas purchase in many months. Found exactly what I was looking for. It arrived very quickly. In fact, I didn’t need it as quickly as I got it and would have been happier with a cheaper, slower delivery option. Nonetheless, I live Talas and their products!

Fantastic bookbinding store available online. They have a massive specialty selection, from gorgeous fine art materials to conservation products, their service is personal and helpful, and they always pack their products safely and efficiently for shipping, which is very fast. Grateful for this store!

I wasn’t sure I wanted to do online counseling, but I am really glad I did.The first months were winter and I would have had to cancel because of weather. My counselor has been excellent to work with. She is always willing to share an example or a story to help me understand the grieving process. Thriveworks did a great job reminding me of dates and times as well as other timely communication. I have been very grateful for this whole experience.

Don't bother going anywhere else for your bookmaking or book repair supplies.
Talas has literally everything for bookmaking and book repair supplies; it's the only place I shop for my supplies. Customer service is also fantastic as they always respond quickly and are extremely helpful.

Talas completed order in timely fashion. They wanted to charge redelivery fee. FedEx delivery service deplorable
Delivered to wrong address then made 1 attempt to deliver before returning.
I made several attempts to have them hold package if they could not deliver as promised.
Customer service does not exist.
