This location is dirty, and not just because there is literally sh* smeared on the floor of the women's bathroom. I took a 45 minute train ride to this location because the 20x30 frame I wanted was available for pick-up. Lesson learned - I should have checked it before I took it home. The corner is cracked beyond repair. Disappointing experience.

I was a regular returning customer at this Target. I recently got banned from this Target. They tried to say I was harassing the employees when I wasn't. I was making complaints about the employees. The employees were being rude. I had every right to complain about them. I was the one spending my money in there. The employees in there needed to be disciplined. I guess it is best that I'm banned. I don't have to spend my money anymore in this Target and deal with the asshole employees. Do not come to this Target.

Brian at the Atlantic terminal target is amazing! I just moved to New York and had to get a million things at Target, and Brian not only checked us out, but packed all of the items in an optimized way, and then personally walked us down to the curb and helped us load all of the items into our Uber. He was so kind and helpful and went way above and beyond. He needs a major raise!!! Can't thank him enough!

I'm an active Target customer and I usually love my experience in the store but this location has been the worst Target I have ever been. There is ZERO consideration to the customer at the end of the experience. If you decide to make a big purchase and you don't have a car it becomes increasingly challenging to leave the store! There is no parking where you can roll your cart in/out, the elevator takes you to the other side of the building where there is a plaza, so you have to walk out with your bags for at least 500ft to reach the street (since Atlantic Ave is blocked). This set up is not accessible and inclusive. I saw a 70y asking for help from a random person to lift the shopping cart from the blocked rail so she can go outside. It is ridiculous and needs to be addressed!

The worst business ever for getting out an order, after waiting all day until 10:12 pm I get an email saying they are refunding my money, after calling and tracking my order all day. A NIGHTMARE for consumers!!! NEVER AGAIN TARGET !!! At least Amazon doesn't give you the runaround and scam you like TARGET does.

I haven't been here in YEARS AND definitely haven't been in the parking lot for even longer like a decade. DID YOU KNOW- that's parking is $45 after and hour and a half bc of the Barclays. I - hightailed it out if there so fast!! Found street parking after spinning block a few times and went in for a nice little walk around target with my sister and her 11month old. Yes we got Starbucks first lol but it was from the one outside the little reserve special edition fancy one that I didn't have time to add to Yelp. Target was cool I found Uno cards and I mean the real Uno cards. She got pampers and toilet tissue and random house stuff she needed like groceries. It wasn't the same from when I moved away 8 years ago but it wasn't bad at all. Clean and workers in every square inch of the store who could ask for more. Bathrooms were not as unpleasant as I recall. Good job everyone. I would return if I was I the area and needed something. For sure.

I love this store. The staff work so hard to keep the checkout line moving smoothly. The only thing I was bummed about was that there was no grocery section.

This is a great store with a Starbucks located inside. The two problems I have is that there is no grocery department and it is very crowded. There are lots of staff at the checkout that do help the line go faster which is good.

The prices are really high, but Shaniya (spelling?) in the tech department was so great. She helped me find a product that fit my needs (and it was on sale!) and she was so kind! I can't imagine how difficult it must be to work in such a busy Target store, especially in NYC, but she really focuses on the customer and has a warm approach which goes a long way here.

This was my first time experiencing in store pick up as I was intrigued by the Conveinence, boy was I wrong! The line upon entering was about 10 ppl deep with one cashier who was basically just concerned about his "meal". Granted everyone deserves a break however after watching him bring target bag after target back out to the folks in front of me with items missing! He had to go back into the holding area which took anywhere from 3-5 minutes. I was dying watching this all go down and so we're the other guest waiting. I had extra items to buy and he told me with his mouth that I had to join another long line to do so, I was in disbelief! Who sacrifices a customer experience and profit like that?! This all went down as I didn't see one leader around who could come and save me! Never again target...never again!

It's not Target's fault this place is so bad. It's just very Brooklyn (people meandering in the middle of aisles with no regard for others trying to walk past them, children screaming, suspicious teenagers who are often fighting outside the store, employees who are just trying to make things work, most people not wearing masks (which is just inconsiderate of the employees and their time), and a lot of stuff out of place.) This is the kind of store that makes shopping online not only preferred, but compulsory.

I find what i find on my own. I swear to god one day i asked an employee where rubbing alcohol was nicely and i swear to GOD i thought he was gnna punch me in the face. Mustve been a bad day for him i guess.

I went to this business to buy a winter coat but instead got unbelievably bad service. The "cashier" refused to take my coat when I placed it on the counter to pay for it. Then she stared at me without speaking a word. When I finally got a chance to pay for it, the "cashier" only removed one of the anti-theft devices and left the other one on which I had removed the next day when I went back to this store. But before I left the store during the first visit she tried to stuff my winter coat into the small Target bag that you see everyone carrying. What a trip. I am going to other Targets from now on. I may stop going to Target all together.
