I love Target hands down but this Target is a sweat shop mall. There are strangers downstairs selling all types of things often very abrasive about it. Bathrooms are unusable in the men's room. At least 3 of the stalls have no privacy lock, one does not have a door at all. They don't seem to care. Something about Target their bathrooms have become homeless shelters. It's disgusting and sad nobody should have to live like that in front of hundreds of strangers. Target should be ashamed of itself. The same goes for the target at Barclays.

I am a team member here. I've been working here since 2020. I am a cart attendant and man they treat us like crap in there . First and foremost the store is busy . All the time . So we have to consistently grab carts all day .Which is fine it's our job however, we barley have any carts. Plus the scheduling is horrible so you might have to get used to working by Yourself sometimes . Which is terrible because, the store is always busy so u need somebody to be by your side , and anytime you ask a leader about the scheduling issues they always say it's because of our"payroll" which is a lousy excuse . Not to mention the managers treat the workers like slaves . If you thinking about working here especially as a cart attendant , don't . It'll be a big mistake .

I went to ultas counter at target to to get my free birthday gift- I was told I needed to go to the mall to receive it. Ashanti told me I can give you some free samples. She was so so sweet, with a smile on her face proceeded to give me a lot of samples. Ashanti is a perfect example of what a sales person should be- Smiling, helpful and so very sweet.I hope the manager realizes what an asset Ashanti is to the target establishment. Dina

This target has the worst guest service. How do I call every department but not one department including human resource picks up the phone this is crazy to me

This Target is huge. It's three floors (I haven't been on the third floor yet). It was my first time in this Target. I came for the bathroom and ended up buying a few things. I would highly recommend buying clothing here and or accessories. I spent $75 and change, and this was for two long sleeve shirts, two short sleeve shirts, leopard print joggers, and a furry mini backpack. And might I add that the quality and the variety of colors of the shirts and joggers is great. The minuses of this store ...The homeless that gather on the first floor/lobby. The confusing bathrooms, I wasn't sure if I ended up in the men's bathroom by mistake, it was really weird and freaky. Also the checkout line is confusing as well, reminiscent those of Whole Foods where people are not sure which number they're supposed to go to and then you feel like an idiot.

I walked in to Target in a good mood to return items and buy packaging tape, dish soap, soup, and vegetables. All my favorites, but I walked out with a pissed off attitude and no items. Why do you say this? I was returning an item, but for some reason the cashier made an excuse on why I couldn't return the item even when it was not in their policies. The tone and the way she delivered that excuse was very accusatory. After that, I immediately rectified this issue by calling corporate as I was in the store since I knew she made up her excuse. I was given great customer service on the phone and the issue was corrected, but still left without purchasing a single item. I worked customer service and food/bev for years and still do. There is nothing that consumers can't buy in store vs online which isn't different. Everything can be bought online so I think the great differentiation of in person shopping is really the customer service and stock. Also, I live by this Target, but have been mainly going to the Target in Manhattan by where I work near Columbus Circle and Flatiron. The standards for stores in Manhattan vs Brooklyn seems to be very different.

Ever since the pandemic there is always a line due to this location being understaffed. This causes some staff to have a bad attitude. Target needs to do better. The locations downtown in more affluent areas are better staffed.

This target is far superior than the one off Atlantic in downtown Brooklyn. It's large, clean, and the checkout staff and lines are well organized. If I still lived in brooklyn I would come to this one and avoid the one downtown. My only feedback would be Starbucks needs chairs, but I assume they were removed for covid.

This Target is very large, and very well stocked. This store like most other Target's is very clean, and very neat. I went in today looking for two specific items, and I found both of them. This store stock's compact disc's, and I was able to find a specific cd that I wanted. They also have a large selection of Papyrus greeting card's. I found a very specific birthday card that I liked. The line was not that long, and the store associates were well behaved.

I like this Target. The staff is almost completely excellent & polite. For the most part the staff is comprised fo steady working polite people. In the year I've frequented this store i've encountered only one rude ( extremely rude) staff member. I asked another staffer for a manager, and he kept lookin gtill he found one for me to talk to. The manager was polite, professional, courteous , & friendly, and assured me he would address the employee. I believed him. He also told me if the employee responded incorrectly, or behaved out of line again, he would see that the situation was escalated. Two negative issues worth noting deal with the ground floor entrance. 1) Gypsy cab drivers hang out both inside & outside the entrance way, in the lobby & outside on the sidewalk, near the doors. They make it hard to get in and out, but also, they often are NOT WEARING MASKS. Often they are arguing with each other. It makes for a very very hostile entrance environment. I have complained to security & staff memebrs more than once. 2) a new month or so long trend is people leaving their carts to pile up int he lobby, a few feet in formn the doorway. It makes it really inconvenient to get in & out. carts will be allowed to go that far, then there should be a full time staff member dedicated to removing carts...
