My daughter and I was there yesterday to buy a microwave, we were standing looking at the microwave then one of the employee came down the aisle and in a rude and insulting way ask us to move out of her way, then when I said "excuse me" she curse and laughed at us and walk away. I then try to report the incident to the manager, and she acted as if the behavior of the employee was normal and walked away. no apology was received from the employee or the manager for the rude an insulting behavior towards us. I will never shop at Target again.

I went in this target this morning to pick upMy online Order that I put in 3am this morning I was told It wasn't ready. I asked nicely would you happen to know a timeframe when the order would be ready the employee Shanice was very rude and responded no that's not how that work here when they get to it that's when they get to it.She said you can cancel the items and wait for the items to come back on your card and rebuy the items if you want to get them now..Let's excuse me it took a lot out of me not to curse her out but it's Mothers Day weekend I don't have time for the negativity.....But i definitely don't recommend this location at all i shop here plenty of times all the employees are rude and never want to help.

01/29/2023 What in holy Hanna is going on here. It's been a minute since I shopped at this location. What crimes did these items commit why they are all locked up. Spent more time trying to contact an associate to jail break the items I needed.Is this the new normal? If so I guess I better get with the program. But... uuugh target. Maybe all those cashiers let go probably need to get them back to stand guard at these aisles to expedite customer shopping.But on another note. They never disappoint I mainly shop for laundry items sales that has the gift card component then use the gift cards to purchase remains items.

Coming to this location can be a hit-or-miss. Sometimes they have really great things in stock but you have to get here early. I made the grave mistake of coming at 3:45 to pick up my curbside order. It seems that the folks that are executing these deliveries have no idea how this system works. The guy took my order to another car that looks nothing like mine, in a different number spot and didn't even get the right approval code number and gave away my entire order of roughly $50. I'm furious! The only consolation I was offered thus far is to cancel my order as if it was some error on my end and was given a $20 gift card. Will i use this service again? I think not. Will I shop here again? I doubt it very seriously.

This location is really big so they have a big selection of everything which I love however the staff here is very nasty, my friends and I came to this location for some Christmas shopping we passed by an employee that asked do you guys need help I said no thank you she said no I meant u guys need help you all look like you belong in 90210 and she rolled her eyes and kept walking we were very annoyed but we didn't want to cause anything so we kept on looking in the kids' isle my friend tried to reach something for her daughter and it fell but it was what she wanted so she was about to pick it up to buy it then another employee goes these white girls come in here and knock everything down on purpose so we have to clean we said excuse me but we are buying the item she just couldn't reach it as my friend said this she replied I couldn't care less so we ended up just leaving because of we were becomg victims of verbal abuse just because of the way we look none of us are white btw 1 of us is Asian 1 of us is Spanish and our other friend is Hawaiian so don't judge a book by it cover will never return.

The workers here are the biggest idiots I have met. A young woman with pinkish hair was joking around not doing her job with two other staff members and since she was not paying attention rammed her large, heavy cart into me. She proceeded to look shocked and said nothing. The people who work here are so rude and don't give a f**** There is one nice guy though who works at the self check out, he is nice and deserves a f****** raise for putting up with this b******** F*** this place, it's a shame because it's a big target but the staff is s****

Management is subpar at best; management on the floor is rude with very poor attitudes. When speaking with one on the floor and asking about checkout she made a very nasty statement once I said thank you and turned my back. I ignored her, but should have asked for her name and title to report her behavior to corporate. In addition, this store closed more than half of their self-checkout options and only 2 cashiers. I waited in line 20 minutes to checkout. Very frustrating!

Back to shopping at target after boycotting them for a while due to donating money during 2020's summer riots. This store is huge and well stocked the problem is only a handful of registers are open and these teenage cashiers seem to have an attitude problem and are more worried about being on their cellphones than actually working.

I went on Sunday, fully expecting things out of stock and limited register staffing. Honestly in this day and age my expectations are low at any retail establishment. I'm happy if I can find the majority of what I need and can get in and out relatively quickly. There is something majorly off with the customer service and team member attitudes at this location. Most workers I saw on the floor were on their phones carrying on conversations and in one case FaceTiming with someone. One was standing in the kids toy section just staring into her phone scrolling away, and a supervisor? came up to her asking her to do some task. I'm not even kidding when I say she didn't even look up from her phone. Did not make eye contact with the person speaking to her. Never even answered him vocally. Last I heard he was asking her if it would 'help' if he asked someone else to do the task with her. Wild... Another was in the handbag section FaceTiming away right next to the checkout line. Apparently she was being paged to open a register (only 2 were open at one point with the line at a standstill for 10 minutes) but stayed put until another worker walked up to her to get her. Those are just two of the instances that really stood out. I felt like every time I turned a major corner with my cart I had to look carefully so I didn't crash into a worker who was distracted on their phone. That being said, shelves were really bare in areas. Frozen, dairy, produce, pantry, paper goods.... I'm sure some of that stuff was in the back and just needed to be stocked. But, ya know... priorities.

Great location to shop at. They were a little low on certain items I needed, but overall a great store. I LOVE the 'Dollar Deals' section...lol

giving it a two star due to my experience with Kiana (one of the cashiers). baby girl had the AUDACITY to give me a attitude just because i 'LOOKED' (not vocally saying anything) at her due to HOW she instructed me to socially distance from the customer before me. the manager was sending customers two at a time to the registers for checkup. Kiana DEFINITELY had a nasty attitude in the delivery of how she was instructed me to socially distance and then rolled her eyes, as if she was tired of explaining that to people throughout her shift. then had the nerve to ask me if i had a problem with what she said. i really wish these stores would be MORE MINDFUL when hiring these young people. this new generation customer service skills is disgusting. they look miserable af while working; like hire ppl that actually want to work instead of these ungrateful brats..

Although I like Target.. the reason for this review is because of the inconvenience of their bathroom. My son had to use it and there was a sign that said "bathroom closed, please use restroom by Home Depot". So we went outside and found 3 portapottys and the hand washing center had no water or soap!!! It was insane!!

The worst target in the world. The customer service is horrible. Management is horrible. I waited over 50mins for a drive up order that NEVER came. I called the store 35 minutes into my wait and spoke to a manager whom said she was sending someone out with my order in a minute; 10 minutes later and it never came! I called again & asked for the managers name they refused to give it to me. I reported them to corporate. Every time I do a drive up order it's always something with these people. They make us click out of our order and start over which makes it look like we weren't waiting as long as we were because it generated a new order number for them. Stay away from this target. Drive out to Long Island. This never happens there!

The worst experience I've had at a Target store. Cashier name Jazzmine was rude and had the worst attitude i have ever encountered at a target store. One of the items i was purchasing apparently wasn't ringing up, so like any other person would do, i asked if i can go back and see if i find another one of the same items to see if it scans. She proceeded to say "you can go and see if they have any but if it's not ringing it's not in our system". So here i go to find another and see about 7 more boxes on the shelf and come back with a new one to the cashier. I told her "i brought another one but there was like 6 more on the shelf". Her response was "okay....good for you." And then just stared at me. I'm confused when i gave her attitude or any reason to talk to me in that way. I thought it was okay to see if another one would ring in since she agreed to let me go back and find another one. Just really don't recommend this target.

I used to think that the people at this location were great with curbside orders. That was until today. I purchased a gift for my daughters 6th birthday. She asked to have a tea party for her birthday and so when I saw that this location had 4 FAO Ceramic tea sets left. I decided to hurry up and order it. I actually didn't think that they would have it but when I got the message that my order was ready for pick up I didn't even waste any time getting there. When I got there I waited in one of the 4 spots that's designated for curbside pick up. I was the ONLY car there in the designated area. I was out there for about 15 minutes when I saw one of the team members walk past my vehicle two spaces down with a bag in her hand and hand it to someone. I thought it was weird that that vehicle was not in the 4 spots but I didn't think anything of it. Until... 15 minutes later (now I've been out here for 30 plus minutes) they send another team member not the same girl to my car to tell me that my item has completely disappeared and they have no idea who fulfilled the order. THATS B.S!!!! They said they searched the store and can't find anymore. Really? He said the best they can do for my inconvenience is give me a $10 gift card and to me that's not worth the gas that I wasted, my time, and especially having to disappoint my 5 year old. Honestly, if it were something for me I could let it go but it was for my daughter. At first I was assuming that it was purposely taken, until I found out that that is what they do at this location. Don't do curbside pickup here. Some of the employees are hella shady.
