Worst customer service ever.
We just bought an $800 camera and when we opened it wasn’t the right camera and it was missing the len.
We went back immediately and their returns department told us that they “were not able to do absolutely anything” and that we should deal with it with another person by calling guest relations.
Another reason why Amazon is better.

We just purchased a camera and it was completely different from the one that was supposed to be in the box. It did not have a lens and was even the incorrect model. The manager was insanely unhelpful and regardless of us coming back 20 minutes after purchasing the camera, he said he had to stand by his “integrity” and not refund us for a mistake on their part. Horrible experience, do not purchase anything expensive at this location.

Called in regards to an order I placed. Order was marked as can’t be fulfilled but still shows the item in stock. Been calling all day and no one will come to the phone. When they did answer the associate proceeded to just grunt and yell into the phone then hung up.

I don’t like how they don’t put everything out you have to ask them to put out the inventory from the back. I asked them about a figure they said we can’t check for you we aren’t allowed to search up the Dpci I don’t know since when that was a thing because on targets policy there’s nothing about prohibiting from sharing the inventory number. I asked that day they never put it out and the employee didn’t want to check. The target app told me they had some available and it was gone by the time I returned. They never even put it out in the first place I’m assuming the employees bought the item themselves to the point of gate keeping it to their customers without their knowledge. If you go to this location they never put any of the inventory on the shelves especially the toy aisle everything gets mysteriously bought. Half of the shelves are empty for a reason. They act like they don’t have anything but the Target app doesn’t lie.

Won’t go to this target ever again. Never enough registers. Longest part of going here is waiting in line with a confusing set up.
