Why is it so hard to get simple help these days? I wanted to get an ipad for my neice, came in and no one was willing to help. One person said they would, left and never came back. The place is more pricey when compared to other places I've been too, but I'm upset with the lack of customer service I received today

The customer service here is terrible. Almost everything is locked behind glass so you have to press a button to request service. When you do, no one comes, so you have to try to find a worker to help. Half the time they have a disgusting attitude or they couldn’t care less and are ignoring the customer service requests. Imagine wearing a red vest and a target name tag and getting upset customers are asking you for help. It’s literally your job.

Pick up experience is terrible, a bunch of people standing on line with me and my ice cream is melting. No one is tending to us.?It's a well stocked store but I think they should have a dedicated person who does only pick up especially on a Saturday.

Items being locked up is okay but I press the button for assistance. No associate ever showed up. I had to find one and when I did find the employee with the key to the cabinet he was on the phone.

I usually have a rough experience at Target, but I got cashed out by a very vibrant girl with red hair doing shipt around noon. I forgot an item but she held it for me! And had such a nice attitude. I'll only go back to her!

I really wanna give 1 star. The target at this location has went downhill EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I go to this location I always encounter extremely rude workers, I literally get anxiety even asking a question because I am always greeted with attitude. It’s truly not fair because I am a member of this neighborhood and I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at this location just be constantly disrespected. Anyhow today the disrespect was taken way out of hand, I went at 8 pm (which is pretty late for me) anyhow as I approached self checkout a worker with blue hair and I believe some type of mouth piercing approached aggressively and repeated “we’re close we’re closed” very aggressively in my face and gestured as if she wanted to take my items. The disrespect is getting wayyy out of hand and I would really appreciate if target gets it corrected.. maybe some proper training or something idk.. but employees should be kinder to customer PERIOD .

What’s the point of self checkout if all of them are closed?There’s a line half a mile long with one register open. This is RIDICULOUS. Close the store if you don’t have enough employees
