Horrible place. Came in for a Adjustment on my 2021Tax return which Julia assured me would be filed a few days of my appointment. 3 weeks, several emails, phone calls, and apologies later nothing was filed or resolved. All I heard were excuses about the CPA being out or assurances of my Adjusted return being filed in a few days “for sure”. Stay away! Unless you wanna wait forever.

Lets start from that i made an appointment with Boris, and he didn't show up, he was on vacation. And i took time off from work just to come see him.After he did my tax return he made a mistake in which front desk corrected. Unbelievable unprofessionalism for $250.After i file i owed money to state, GIRL WHO WORKES THERE TOLD ME STATE WILL CALL ME!!!! I asked her if she was sure about it she said yes.I called back in 2-3 weeks and they didnt know what i was talking about. I SUPPOSED TO CALL STATE!!!!INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Mr. Furman seemed emotionally unwell. Also they seemed to lack affection for Russians with extremely advanced degrees forced to drive taxis in the land of equal opportunity with its customary additional castes of accounting and medicine.

The worst service so far!!! I’ve been flying from State of Georgia for past 3 months to get my tax return paper and they are never at office, happened 4 times already even though I’m calling them a month ahead!!
