Disgusting attitude! I came in for a simple savings withdrawal and was greeted with sarcasm and unprofessionalism from Christian, the teller and Ciara, the Assistant Manager. Nothing about this experience was legendary!

I wish I could leave a better review as it’s location is super convenient, but I’ve had inconsistent costumer service here all adding up to 1 1/2 stars but 1 best represents. I came in at around 2:30 as I have in the past to do a wire transfer. I come to the waiting area , see two people at their desk sitting , no one in a hurry to greet and ask what I may need as I stand by the counter. So I see someone at the teller area, he asks what may I help you with, I say a wire transfer. . He proceeds to direct me to one of the the two ladies sitting at their desks. One gets up like I’ve interrupted her TikTok session and then tells me to go sit in the waiting area where I hear her asking the other girl , can she help me. She asks her what does she ( ME ) needs as if that’s important ! Finally she says she can help me. Well, finally nearly at the end of the process she had a computer issue, taking forever to load my info, so she proceeds to take my card and ID over to the other girl who couldn’t’ help , then to the manger all the while not telling me a thing. I’m now running late for a doctors appt. All this to say that when I asked is there a problem, Miss TikTok attitude says , give her a minute. I said , I’ve given her more than a minute ( like 20) she finally says theres a computer issue. I said thank you for letting me know !!!! Bad attitudes all around gave me a bad attitude in having to ask for what they should have politely communicated in the beginning of what looked like an issue. It took 30 mins to do a wire transfer in what took 10-15 in the past. I hope I’m not paying extra in fees for the attitude cuz I want to be reimbursed. Do better !

The staff at this branch are extremely unhelpful. Their system makes no sense and has unnecessary road blocks. Don’t bother going just call someone and do it through the mail because they aren’t help.

Can’t think of a worse location. Can’t get to the teller without having to check in with security. When you get there, you’re treated like you’re wasting their time, punished for having the audacity to keep your money with them

The Store supervisor from this location Joel Garcia was really helpful with all my needs and concern I had. I have went to other locations and I was treat it really unprofessional I don’t if is because my accent or because they can’t really understand me. When I went to this locations two days ago I sat down with joel, when he went to got get me and welcome me I already know this was going to be one of the best experience I had in td bank so far. I have two business account at chase and because of him and his professionalism I will be moving it here.Warm regards !

Consultant Jasia at this location has been the hero in my situation the bank close my account couldn’t access funds and I had no cash with me, I just had enough of people telling me to come back cause they still waiting for response from the fraud department for two weeks, whereas the check were come from legit company who have clients/hospitals all over the country. Jasia gave me hope this will be resolve as soon as possible whereas other locations they looked at me as a guilty person. I was ready to close my account than I changed my mind cause Jasia has kept the promise and resolved my problem only took her two days. She is patient, good listener and sympathetic with her customers. I thank her a lotSincerelyHappy customer

One star for their AC. The customer service representative, Joel, was so talented at rolling his eyes back but quite terrible at reenrolling his customer back to the online banking system. Based on another review on this TD Bank branch, the system is always down when this person works. It’s surprising that he can still have his position because he simply sucks and has no idea what he supposed to do.

The two managers in there are rude. The male manager screamed my account balance for the whole store to hear. As well as the female manager comes off very rude and she knows nothing I asked. Oh and seems like every-time I go the “system” is down.
