Review of TD Crown Heights Location: My recent experience at the TD Crown Heights location left much to be desired. I went to the kiosk and patiently waited for my turn. Marci, who supposedly handles travel-related matters, called my name and asked me to go over some security questions in order to retrieve my card I explained to Marci that I didn't have much time because I was traveling, hoping for some understanding. Unfortunately, she didn't seem to grasp the urgency of the situation. Instead, Marci insisted on going through the security questions, making it clear that she had no intention of accommodating my situation. Frustrated, I mentioned that I would consult with my sister about the matter. However, Marci replied that she couldn't assist me at the branch, which left me dumbfounded. It's disheartening to encounter such unhelpful behavior, especially on a Saturday when it's raining outside. I am left questioning the cultural norms of the branch. Is this the kind of service one should expect here? The lack of empathy and the way Marci simply left and walked away made me feel discriminated against. Overall, my experience at TD Crown Heights was disappointing. The staff should work on their customer service skills and be more attentive to customers' needs, particularly when dealing with time-sensitive matters.

Terrible customer service. I had a 2pm appointment and when I received the text to go inside they had already took another client. I was standing in there waiting for over 20 minutes to open a new account. Very poor time management skills on Sergey’s part.

Everytime I come to this place I can expect to be here an hour or more for a simple cashiers check. The staff is slow, disinterested and generally not useful.

I like this location and I’ve been coming here for nearly a decade. The customers that come in are usually beyond dense and don’t understand the concept of banking. If you’re rude to the tellers then don’t be perplexed if they’re rude to you.

Where do I begin? This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had at a bank. And of course it's at TD Bank. Thing 1 and Thing 2 in the pictures are rude, LAZY, condescending and inadequate. Between them and the guy with the dreadlocks, it's a circus in there. They didn't know how to handle money order transactions, debit card transactions, nor withdrawals. What exactly do these clowns do there? Thing 1, the short frumpy, overweight one was the laziest thing I've encountered at a bank, Thing 2 with the patchy skin and in dire need of a lineup, was arrogant for no reason. And for some reason, as soon as I walk in, security is pretty much watching my every move...this place is a joke. If you're Black, they suspect you must be up to something nefarious. These people need to be replaced with professionals. These are not serious people. These are clowns.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with TD Bank, particularly with their newest Branch Manager, Marsha. The customer service provided was terrible, and it seemed like the staff had no qualms about lying to their clients, even those with long-standing accounts of over 10 years. The associates at this branch seemed inadequately trained in handling financial matters professionally and confidentially.One instance that stood out was when I approached them regarding an overdraft protection issue that was a result of a mistake made by the bank. Instead of conducting a proper investigation or even looking into my account, Branch Manager Marsha swiftly dismissed the issue without any consideration.This incident left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated, leading me to take the drastic step of closing all my accounts with TD Bank, including my husband's business and personal accounts. As a result of my negative interaction with this particular branch and its manager, I have decided to discontinue my relationship with TD Bank entirely.I believe it is essential for TD Bank to address these serious issues in their customer service and management. Such practices can greatly impact a customer's trust and loyalty toward the bank. I hope this feedback helps them improve their services and ensure that other patrons do not encounter similar problems in the future.

I would give 0 , My appointment was on 06/04/2018 at 11:30 am with a staff named Samantha Thomas. I arrived on time at 11:30 am. I emailed her that I was waiting on her at 11:36 without reply. I texted her at 11:38 without reply. Then I called her which went to voicemail. Finally a front man directed me to her, and I told her at 11:45 am that my appointment was over 15 mins already. Then I told her at 12:00 am about my appointment was over 30 mins already. Then she suddenly started yelling at me, and told me my appointment had been removed. At the same time, another staff dropped her client and told me I had to keep waiting. Soon a front women stood in front of me without respectful personal distance while using her finger pointing at me. I was asked to leave today. At the end I called the police and I was told to go to another branch. I felt uncomfortable that they blindly scheduled my appointment, but in fact they are unable to respect my time. Later, I went to another branch and canceled my account. I will never want to be their client ever again.

I entered the Bedford branch of TD at 12:15 pm and signed into the Customer Service kiosk (On the IPAD). I came to TD to have a document notarized. Within 10 minutes, the automated system alerted me that I am third place in the queue. Forty-five 45 minutes went by, I noticed the TD system still indicated that I am third in line.I went to an attendant (who saw me waiting but never once asked if I was being helped) and I asked her about the delay. She went into the back office to find out. She returned to say: "Sandra (the Notary Agent) is having her lunch; can you come back...we close at 5pm." I already spent my entire lunch waiting for the Notary!How discourteous and disrespectful to waste a customer's time in this way? In fact, something like this happened before at this branch with the notary agent--I should have learned my lesson but I thought it was a one time event, but no--this appears to be the way things are done at the Bedford branch. I have been a TD customer for a decade now. This Bedford branch is the only TD branch where I have experienced this level of disregard and indifference.

This bank is horrible for small business. Stay away! They made my life hell by locking me out of my own account due to a fraud situation on my account. I gave them a list of authorized payments to make yet they rejected my payroll company's attempt to withdraw funds and bounced checks I authorized. I had PlLENTY of money in the account. It's impossible to reach anyone and the fraud department is useless. They literally called me asking if I was trying to cash a check in New Jersey for $8000 and I said no yet they went ahead and cashed the check anyway. The worst.

Its sad to say that most places that have a staff a color treat other people with color so poorly. Eric is one of the workers / tellers at TD Bank. He is very rude and sarcastic. It was a displeasure meeting with him today, I had to request to be helped my his supervisor. His customer service was poor, he put another customers needs before mine in the beginning . And when I told him about his sarcasm he was rude. I will NEVER be visiting this GHETTO janky location again. The people here are just rude !

March 12, 2022, (Saturday) I set up a domestic wire transfer to my Attorney and was told that it would be there Monday the 14th or Tuesday the 15th - as of March 18th, Friday, the beneficiary still had NOT received the funds! I was told I had to come down to the bank and do it again ?. I immediately took the bus to the branch & by 2:00 pm the branch manager had found out that that a new wire could not be ordered - the March 12th wire couldn’t nearly the amended it had to be investigated; How much investigation was required to verify there was a digit missing in the beneficiaries account number! Today is March 23rd & my Atty still does NOT have the funds ? Plus I had to insist on the $30 fee being refunded.

Horrible staff. Never happy to do their jobs. Always a line and they never care to attend to the line with urgency. They should just close this branch because the staff will never treat people right.

Very bad place. Atm didnt dispense my money and it ended up eating my card. Then the person behind the desk gave me attitude implying i messed up when i was just trying to make sure i wasnt charged UPDATE tried to use the card they printed only to find out it hadnt been fully set up and needed to call to get it set up... thanks td!

'A very satisfying experience. Assistance was fast and thorough at both teller and desk areas. I couldn't ask for a more helpful supervisor (he went the extra mile). Thank you, I will return.
