The bankers and tellers at this branch are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. It's a busy branch and yet they are super friendly. I don't like the bank's policy of holding back money from checks I deposited, just because they can.

I go to the TD bank on Myrtel and each time it has neen a wonderful experence. The manager are quick to take a customer if the line is long.

On September 11, 2023, my experience at TD Bank was rather disappointing. The bank opened 15 minutes later than its scheduled time, and given the perfect weather conditions, such a delay cannot be justified. This lapse not only inconvenienced customers but also posed a risk to their safety, as I had to wait outside, exposed, to deposit cash, with the unsettling realization that the money would not be insured if I was robbed. To exacerbate matters, not a single employee extended an apology for the inconvenience caused, which I found both discourteous and perilous. It is imperative that TD Bank ensures timely openings and maintains adequate backup mechanisms to organize efficiently. As a financial institution, there should be no tolerance for such delays, and I implore TD Bank to investigate and provide comprehensive training to its employees, rather than offering automated apologies in response to reviews.

This has to be the slowest TD Bank in Brooklyn. Been waiting an hour for customer service person... If you are in a hurry don't do this branch

Horrible time management and tellers have an attitude. Also told me bs to not have to do work and investigate, its sad they are that lazy here. first experience with TD and it wasn't good so far maybe better at another branch

I went just to replace a card maybe 2 people a head of me and they want you to wait 30mins for a card to be replaced. Slowest service ever… whoever that pregnant lady is behind the desk is rude as hell… They all need a customer service course

After One Of My Business Account Was Hacked; Came To This Branch For New Debit Card. Waited 2 hour watch them print 6 debits cards for people that came after me. For the machine to “brake”DONT COME HERE IF YOUR YOUNG N OWN A BUSINESS. Don’t get the bankers Angry they with pull they Mask Down n yell

The supervisor Liz is terrible...she always have a attitude and she’s very rude. Everyone else in the bank was very nice and pleasant but the energy shifted negatively on Liz side of the place. Won’t be coming back there
