Miss Banks is a very knowledgeable savvy and super delightful women who love to help her customer with time and patience. Everytime I go see her, I learn something new. Out of all the staffs there, I go straight toward her because she gets the work done.

Literally my favorite branch in my favorite part of Brooklyn. Customer service is usually very pleasant, but they have a lot of crazy people come through during closing time that make it hard on the bankers. Typically if you have all of your essential documents in a row before you go there like a debit card, photo ID, and any relative bank statements you won’t have any problems. I think sometimes they act tough because NYC is tough and the people are very entitled and rude so customers who come in there very entitled without any of their ducks in a row just come on here to write bad reviews. They’re very friendly to me, and I’ve been with them for a very long time now.

DO NOT USE THE ATM MACHINES TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSITS!!! It eats your atm card! Then to get it back you need to make an appointment to speak to someone! The branch on Atlantic Ave has these new upgraded machines but this location is highly disappointing. Only 2 representatives are taking appointments so I had a long wait time. I am sooo mad!!!!

July 3, 2023 one single teller having to contend with a line (socially distanced) extending all the way to the entrance, & two persons in front of me after a half hour wait during which only 3 people were served, the system crashes. Unacceptable that branch manager permits this situation with the amount of people waiting.

This bank is full of incompetent tellers not to mention they take forever to get the line moving. How can you stop someone from withdrawing because the pending funds, when the balance is available? Stupid. I went to another location and they allowed the withdrawal. You’ll also be waiting on line forever. I wasted my time.

This branch needs to hire more tellers. I waited almost half an hour with only two people ahead of me. There was an extremely long line and only one teller.

Definitely not surprised with this rating. I was turned away from opening a business banking account today, due to something extremely ridiculous. I seriously feel like I was discriminated against. Instead of honoring all of my acceptable documentation, they choose to send me away on a merry go ground. For the last 2 years I’ve used the same exact letter with my EIN information, at multiple different banks, but TD asked for the “sealed” copy. ?.Went down the block to CiTi Bank and of course the accepted all my paper work, except their system was down. I’m in Chase now and it’s all good. How dare you TD Bank for trying to block a black woman entrepreneur from securing her bag. I’m already disgusted with banking and this experience gives me even more reason to bank black and keep my money within my own community.

I was there today, and there was a unprofessional man that sit in the back of the bank. He was very rude to me and didn't want to do what I politely ask of him. He acted like, he discriminates. I had to call on t.d bank operator in front him, so I can tell the operator he didn't want to do it for me.That unprofessional man called his manager and she told him to handle my situation. Thank God for her, she saved me. She was sitting next desk over. Coming to find out from somebody who works there. Alot of people complains about him. He needs to be evaluated on. Your there to help people not give them a hard time. I was going to shut down my account with t.d bank. If the phone operator and manager didn't help.

The most terrible TD bank I ever been.There was 8 people lining up waiting, and only one teller was working.And we were told that there is only one teller for the whole day, and you are welcome to go any other bank.?
