I’m amazed how quickly I was assisted by Claribel De La Rosa. Everything was explained very well from the start till the end. 10/10 branch of TD bank.

Teller of #4839 needs to retrained and re-educated on banking policies and procedures. Self righteous and rude attitude. Customer service is absent and much desired from that young lady. And it wasnt even busy. Management, you have Chase right on your toes at that location, do better.

Made an appointment online but they never acknowledged the appointment. Not the location you want to be at when you have any plans.Lastly, it seems like 4 to 5 people are all using the single printer across the room. Every time they sit with a client they get up 2 to 3 times to get the paper across the room and go back. Thought this was a scene from the office going to the water cooler to have a chat but it's real life in TD Bank.Other than that, it's a great location and was clean despite being crowded.

Machines are never working properly. Some times they retain money, sometimes they retain cards for no reason, staff are never helping.

I came here this morning to open an account with TD bank . As I walked in , I was greeted by this ill mannered security guard lady with a Bob haircut who looked annoyed that she had to even be there . I told her I had an appointment for 10:30am and she just motioned for me to sit down as if I was inconveniencing her . At this point , I have been waiting almost 40 minutes when one of the bankers ( Natasha ) noticed that I have been waiting there for a long time and stopped what she was doing to help me . Hence the 3 stars . I would like to inform TD bank how much of an asset Natasha is to your establishment. She immediately apologized for the wait and started explaining to me the different checking account TD bank had to offer . Natasha has such a welcoming energy and very attentive to my concerns . Even while she was helping me out , there were other customers who specifically waited for her to help them out . Natasha turned my initially negative experience into a positive one . Thank you so much for being very helpful despite it being a busy Friday morning . P.S - no one wants to deal with a rude security guard the moment they walk into your establishment. Even when another guest was asking her to help with how the queue line worked she disdainfully said she didn't know and for the older gentleman to figure it out . I actually felt bad so I ended up helping him out . Once she saw what I was doing , she pretended to be helpful to his need la . Where there is many banks in NYC , don't let this blip of an individual taint the establishment otherwise, is ran rather efficiently.

I am waiting over three weeks for a bank officer letter. I have met with a representative and never received the letter. Every time I go to the bank the letter is not available. How long does it take to print out proof of banking? I don’t understand why this is dragged out for sooo long. This is unprofessional. I don’t have no idea what is the delay or why it takes over a month to print out a letter. Every time I go back into the bank the letter is not ready.

I've been coming here for 3 years and it's always a long line and wait but I'm giving it a one star because this is the first time I ever called and Ronald or Ralph whatever his name was he act like he was trying to be helpful in assisting me and instead he hanged up on my ear when claiming he was going to put me on hold. Then when I try to call back he was refusing to answer and got someone else to answer instead. Some people are just so disgusting and that's why I give this a one star if you want that five star customer service needs to be a little bit more improved.

I came in there feb 9 and the skinny black girl with short hair was very rude and don’t know how to deal with customers she was aggressive smh they hired anybody at the location smh

Went into the branch today. Waited over an hour to be called. Asked a security guard when I would be next in line. Security guard proceeds to cower and go into a back room without answering. Finally am called to be assisted. Representative looks at me all nasty like I offended him some how. The representative helped but he seemed to talk about me. Will never go back again. Nasty customer service. TD bank used to be a great bank. A lot of other branches in the neighborhood have had similar issues. Poor customer service. Lack of any real interest in helping the customer. Being outshined by better banks. Used to love td bank. Get your act together. No good!!!

Worst branch to solve your issue. manager Natasha I seen probably the wrost banker I have seen in my life she was very un pleasant person. she get rid of me very quickly. Pls don't bother to go this branch. Just because of her I have decided to change my bank .

Another waste of my time.Today I went in person to TD branch located at 1623 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11210 and TD representative did not cooperate in the uploading of audio file (proof) that I wanted to submit to Disputes and Claims Team department.Worst customer service ever.I am sick and tired of wasting my time and energy trying to resolve the dispute with scammer (merchant: Smartfares.com)

Possibly the worst td bank to exist. Lines are terribly long and the drive through is always broken either ATM or calling in. I watched my young children age waiting on service from them. Terrible

Absolutely the worst location anywhere in the New York metro area. There is never more than one or two tellers to assist costumers and the line is endless. I have never waited less than 30 minutes.
