TD Bank has fallen off terribly. They're not as convenient as they used to be. Always an issue. Card machine is not working, ATM issues, etc. There is a teller here at this Ralph Avenue location with a stink attitude. She's light-skinned with glasses and is just unpleasant. She acts like she's doing customers a favor. Taking my banking needs elsewhere. TD seems to be going in a direction specifically and only for white people.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at TD Bank. What makes it even more disheartening is that the staff at this particular branch are predominantly Black—yet I felt racially profiled by people from my own community.
I went in to cash a tuition check so I could pay for my college education. I’ve cashed this same check at this bank three or four times before without any issues. But this time, I was told they couldn’t cash checks over a certain amount due to “company policy.” That’s just not true—I’ve had no problem in the past, and a previous branch manager had no issue processing it.
The only thing that seemed different was the manager on duty that day, who seemed uninterested in helping. Meanwhile, a classmate of mine—who is not Black—was able to cash the exact same check at the same bank just two days earlier. So why was I treated differently?
It’s a painful experience to feel like you’re being treated unfairly, especially by people who should understand the challenges we face. If you’re Black and not a TD Bank customer, I would seriously think twice before trusting this institution. The lack of consistency, fairness, and empathy I experienced was unacceptable
Who knows maybe because I’m African they thought I was a scammer using a check to scam them

The worst bank that I ever used, I came to do a wire transfer a week ago and it’s took me two hours until I finished, came again today and it’s don’t look any better both days there’s no manager
In the branch, they should look for a better manager

I had to go in for an appointment the security guard is who runs there and swear she’s a teller. She told me that shut down appointments now and I wasted my time coming. Will never come back to this branch.

The system is constantly down and the staff will take you to the entire process of getting a new debit card only to tell you that the machine is down and you'll have to go to another branch to get a new card. A complete waste of a visit.

I Made an appointment with this location, I was parking when I got there they said the person was not available, and won’t be available for hours.. while I have my confirmation for my meeting. Every unprofessional. The only good thing was the way they picked up the phone, they asked how can I help you, but good luck on the help you really get!! #TDBANKBK

This actually isn't a review of the branch, because I barely interacted with anyone. I made an appointment online to have something notarized (urgently) with Michelle Williams, drove thirty minutes to get there, waited 10 minutes to be called, only to be told there was no notary. Again, not blaming the branch, but get it together, TD Bank.

This place is very unprofessional.Staff sitting around doing nothing while customers are waiting.These people desperately need supervision.Is anyone paying attention to all the bad reviews? Someone at the top needs to be accountable.
