In order to write a comment you have to give it atleast one start but they don’t even deserve it, I was in there waiting for over 40 mins when I believe “the bank manager” comes to me very rudely and asks what’s the matter what do I need, not professional at it it was like what do you want, once I told her she immediately told me it’s too late and I needed physical proof of my social and ok I understand but you can say it with manners like her sorry I cannot help because you need this etc but she was very rude about and basically just brushing me off and walked away as she talking to me. I left really upset and addressed to her she need to be nicer. I work in customer service as well, theirs ethical levels to this. Hope this helps anyone !

I went there today and waited 1 hour hoping to be attended by an agent. I was told to sit and wait as soon as I arrived. I saw the agent help with 2 cases that arrived 20 -30 minutes after I did. They are under staffed and have no organization

Opened an account had issues with debit card they said they couldn't verify me I went over to the next closest and got the debit card in 10 minutes and that lady really needs to be spoken to about her customer service she was disrespectful to her own supervisor as if she's above her

Very lazy and disrespectful 0 customer service only 1 person working on the counter 2 please working on customer service and 6 people just move around in and out doing nothing you need at least 45 to 60 minutes wait for customers service

I had a bad experience at the bank and this is what happened: I walk into the bank on a nice quiet Friday afternoon and waited and waited and finally after 15 minutes someone came over to me to offer help and said how can I help you then she walked away now gets the real problem when I was trying to make an account the bank said oh I’m sorry the system is down, I’m hindsight I’m so happy I didn’t use this bank because I just went across the street to chase td is the worst customer service and worst experience ever I had with a bank and definitely don’t recommend

horrible customer service, we wait 40 mins just to be told to wait somewhere else just to open a new account, then when we sit down one of the employees doesn’t even greet us and stares and says “hello, i am here” with the most pathetic attitude. And to mention “no” bathroom so i had to wait an hour with a fullbladder and ended up completing absolutely nothing. Worst experience ever. do not go here unless you want fo waste your time.

I would like to leave a review about this branch of the bank. I really like the service in this branch. I want to express my deep gratitude to the manager Camila, she is very friendly, polite and always ready to help. I contacted her several times with questions, to which I immediately received an answer and a lot of other useful information. Service is always fast.

The only TD bank where you sit for 40± minutes in customer service for them to tell you your information isn't verified and they have to mail you a new debit card while the manager wastes time by coming in to distract customer service with personal drama. Literally said no thanks went to another TD bank. Wait and getting a new card took 15 minutes lmfao go to any other TD for help
