The customer service of the woman named Mary was a discriminator. She had a bad attitude from the beginning to the end. She never asked me anything. She acted as if I had fucked her whole family. Hopefully these can be fired. Be sure to file a complaint against them. A woman called Mary is a discriminator and a racist. If you are of color or Asian, she will discriminate against you, use a bad attitude, and do things you did not allow her to do.

waited over an hour and a half just open a debit checking account. I checked in, and it said that someone was available to help me, but no one came up to me and it seemed like everyone was still busy. The tellers kept looking my way, but never even asked if I needed help or try to assist to speed up the process. I'm extremely upset because I got out of work early to time manage this and I ended up leaving to go to another TD Bank.

Bank needs a lot improvement there's garbage on top of ATMOpening hrs are terrible who's running this bank a monkey . Outside access card machine doesn't work

Oh my... This branch is over taken by Asians going into their vaults so the wait time to speak to an agent is extremely long. Atm drive thru ate my card twice. STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS TD BANK. I had went to this TD Bank to start a Debit and Credit Card which the Debit Card work but the Credit Card has been a LONG LONG process because this branch LACKS THE KNOWLEDGE on how to help you apply for one. First week I was there Benson was there to help me but he never once mentioned if you are under 21 you need the paper form too. Worse part is I was only 18 so it's not like I was exactly close to 21 either. Next time I went was the next next Thursday which I did the whole paper form with Christian after the front desk representative wasn't able to find the form himself. Whoever was in charge of sending the form most likely Christian didn't know where to send the form because I got deny once again because the Credit Card line never received it and I was told to call my Local Branch to tell them to call the line. Well how did that work out? I called the line over 50 times after they open to receive that the line wasn't available they couldn't even tell me why it wasn't working so I had to walk there and wait almost 1 HOUR to get a whole lot of nothing burger. The representative there who helped me this third time told me on her view it was pending but I know it's not true because I already got a letter informing of the declination. She wasn't able to help me because the Credit Card line doesn't work at weekends which was frustrating because I had done all this for nothing because they can't do their jobs and the phone line wouldn't work so I had to walk all the way here. Please just go to like 18ave TD Bank or something this whole area of TD Bank sucks. She informed me she would be calling them and then calling me back but I had forgotten to ask when she would be calling me back but I felt like that would be her job to inform me as a customer because I have no idea when she would be calling them. As someone who works I don't want to deal with an inpending call which I never know when will it come. She also wasn't told me if this was their issue and they sent it to the wrong place would I need to come back the 4th time to do this whole process again which was VERY VERY frustrating because I had come out with no information. She was also not helpful by saying stuff like you might be declined anyways because you did the traditional Credit Card when you have no Credit History. Excuse me? When was that any of your business your business is to make sure my application actually works and it's my business to put down information. My parents receive invitation to join TD Bank Credit Card Line and I can't get a Credit Card when I sign up with one of them? That shouldn't be your concern which one I pick I know the chances of me getting declined is there because of no credit history but how would I even be declined because of it when you guys can't even send my application through. PS I will include the name of the female worker here if she fails to follow through with her words.

I came for open new business account at 6:05 ,waiting 10 minutes for no reason ,and some sales person came and said I cannot open new account today this too late they close at 7! Also she said that if I opened corporation today is day we have to wait few dates for update IRS web site ,which is not through,I opened account in other bank same day,and have no problem!looks like persons working here do not want to make they job!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most inconvertible bank, only 2 tellers inside the bank. the drive through the lights were red but the drive through was open.
