The asian lady who is the manager/supervisor is genuinely the worst and lacks basic customer service skills. Do not recommend this specific branch.

Poorly run branch. I was given the run-around when I tried to close accounts that I opened online. I checked in and waited 10 minutes. When it was my turn, the banker then sent me to the tellers with a long line while he sat back at his desk, with no other customers! I waited in line for 30 minutes for the tellers only to be told that for an account opened online, it needs to be handled by the banker. And I have to check in again and waited for another 10 minutes to be called by the same banker that sent me away 40 minutes ago. What a circus!

I don't understand how this bank is considered the best in the US. I deposited a check on March 1 from my husband's company, on the night of March 1 to March 2 my husband's money was withdrawn. On March 2 the money did not arrive. On March 3 I went to the bank with a photo from my husband's account. To which I was told at TD Bank, this is how the system works. Today is March 10, the money still hasn't been credited, they say it will arrive on March 13. I am late on payments on several of my credit cards. I do not recommend this bank. I will also close my account as soon as I receive the money. TD Bank is a bank that will ruin your credit history.

The manager was so mean and so impatient. She yell at me in the lobby while didn't understand what I'm asking at all. I tried to explain the situation and my concerns, but she keep repeated same unrelated answer.

Just deposit money into a book saving account and they can not give me a new saving book because the old one is full. They say I am not on the account. I have a mortgage with TD, have other accounts I showed them my id also . Even though my name is not in this account I still know the balance. They can not give me a new book. Unbelievable so I have to travel back with my spouses to get a new book and balance. Very inconvenience and waist my gas and time . Wow they suck . Going to close my other accounts

Just like some other TD, employees work at snail speed. They advertised them as the most convenient bank but the truth is they are the most inconvenient lol.

It was my first time opening a bank account at TD BANK. It was a very good and peaceful experience. There was not much to wait as the staff were professionally and efficiently fast. It is recommended that when you enter YOU SHOULD MAKE A CHECK-IN through a touchscreen machine (you select your language, the reason for your visit and enter your name and phone number) it is very simple and after that you just have to sit and wait for a representative to attend you (He/She will come and call your name). ?
Fortunately I was attended by the Financial Services Representative "Sunny Lee", incredibly professional, friendly and attentive to the questions/doubts I had. He clearly explained everything I needed to know about opening a checking and savings account. He even taught me in detail how to make check deposits through the TD BANK mobile app and make deposits at ATMs. I was scared at first because there are always people who had a bad experience and comment negative things but I had a different experience and the atmosphere in the bank was peaceful.
I congratulate and thank to Sunny very much for making my visit to TD BANK at 18th Avenue an excellent, easy and satisfactory experience ?✨
