TLDR: denied entry 30 minutes before closingWe arrived just after 12:30 on a Saturday and the stated hours are until 1:00 but they said we couldn’t come in because it was after 12:30… that makes no sense. Especially with such limited hours on the weekend, how can you cut it even shorter than the stated hours? Unacceptable practice, seems like the employees just want to go home early

I immediately made a transfer to TD Bank. When I came to the office, I asked the administration if it would be deducted from my account in case of cancellation. They told me that they canceled it and then they told me that it takes three days, but no one gave me an answer. This is what I learned from them. How should the service staff be inexperienced, that person did not know that it would take three days, I am not satisfied with all this from TD Bank.

Might have to clear your entire day just for a simple visit here. This branch is understaffed leaving the line sometimes out the door.

I got blocked my card without reason,on that day when i traveled to the city,which is no branch here of TD bank. Every day, i was calling to call center to unblock because i don't have cash at all. 3 days no one could help me,and only one lady Ariana helped me. 1000 of your staffs there couldn't make it anything, what Ariana made for me. Thank you so much for the lady, and take care of her!!!

The personal banker there are liars. I was encouraged to make a deposit on a new account to qualify for the promotion. I was worry that I passed my deposit day but he keep telling me it is okay. It has been more than 180 days and the representative told me I deposit it too late.. The customer service number is useless. They do not know anything until after 180 days….. If I was unqualified since day one then they should have told me earlier..

Very bad attitude regard customers. Employees dont try to help you to solve your questions. I don't recommend use this TD Bank location ever.

Terrible bank. I paid for the goods within the credit card limit and on the same day transferred money to this purchase, the balance was displayed correctly, but the next day the limit was reset and the card became unavailable for payments. I have not been able to use the card for 2 days, although the amount of payment and redemption is visible in the operations. In the near future I will terminate the contract and move to another bank. I don't recommend this bank to anyone

My wife and I plan to update you on the details watch your accountswe will later update you but watch your accounts because if you notice they did a big change over so I guess because we don't have the same culture nationality, we are treated very poorly! On my way to Sicilian girl my husband's Hispanic! it was a complete change over these PS3 months everyone I know is gone and so is on money these past three months on every single account they've been banging us! here I had $8,000 and one of my savings they gave me three to ten cents interest then start of Robbing me with b******* maintenance fees and transfer fees!

Omg, omg it’s very very very BAD there you have to make sure you clear your entire day just to go that bank because u will be there ALL DAY no joke it’s a unacceptable FACTS! The lines are unbelievably long with for the most part one teller working, the ATMs for the most part doesn’t work sometimes all FOUR is out of service, no one to answer questions when sometimes that’s all u need because that one lady is for the most part on the phone so there end up being a line just to ask a question once I had to ask the security guard bless hiss heart he tried his best to answer though it’s NOT HIS JOB! I have an appointment coming up to see a banker and I am concerned about the wait time because I’ve been visiting that bank over two years now and NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

The only the bank in the area that gave me euros in a few minutes. All other banks in the area needed one week in advance to order foreign currency.

Not hard to notice that the good ratings came from Asian and Russian customers. My blind client and I waited for over an hour to speak to a customer rep after not being told by security guard that the long line coming out into the ATM lobby was only for tellers, watching Asian and Russian customers being helped more quickly by the Asian floor manager, , watching more and more people leave after waitingtoo long and their names still being called twice, spoken to sarcastically by floor manager after asking for help as the others did and we're allowed to sit at his desk, customer reps spending way too much time with customers at their desks as if no one else was waiting. We weren't seen until after a Hispanic customer starting complaining about the security guard giving him the wrong info and the same floor manager speaking to him as if he wasn't a human being and I stepped in to voice my opinion about the poor service. But of course the manager spoke to this 64 year old native New Yorker as if I were a child. Even gave a fake smile and sarcastically asked me if I was finished as if I was throwing a tantrum. I find this branch to be very unprofessional and racist. We were not treated as those who sat at reps desks for long periods of time but hurried service which should be provided for everyone not because we spoke out about the poor service. The floor manager stated that they treat everyone the same. I never said anything to him about different treatment of certain individuals only about the service. He implied this himself. Quite sure he's heard complaints of specific treatment for specific individuals before or he wouldn't have made that statement.
