Does this bank even have a manager? what is he/she doing? Lana assisted me for more than 1 hour to open up a checking account. She went to the back room twice, talked to the husband several times. did he eat ? What will they have for dinner? then more calls where other family matters were discussed. after that, she sent me to the tellers to make a pin code for my debit card. I stood in line for another 30 minutes. while she continued talking to someone on the phone. nasty person with nasty attitude

Just awful. Not a single worker could send a wire. When asked why, the answer is simple: we do not know anything, the system does not accept. "Aerobatics" to work in a bank and not know how the system works. Special "thanks" to Volodymir for being rude in communication from the very first minute I approached his workplace.

Worst customer service ever. They literally messed up my wire transfer and don’t want to return my money back. They told me I should go to Chase bank if I need to do a wire transfer. And eventually I had to close my account. 0/10!!! Don’t go there!! You’re going to waste your time!!

They don’t answer their phone or return messages. I had an emergency and needed to reach them and couldn’t drive down to the branch and nobody has picked up or returned my calls for three days.

Made me wait 1 hour to tell me my state id is not enough to make bank wire transfer. I wasted 1 hour for them to tell me and went home to take my passport and I cant make payment because the time already passed to make my payment and I have owe more money because staff has to make me wait 1 hour to tell me I need to get my passport not state to make payment. I dont know what bank think. How can I get state ID without my passport? My name and everything matches with my passport and they refuse to make my transfer with my id. This bank is the worst bank ive ever seen in my life. Always creates problems for customers. Never choose this bank.

The worst costumer service. You must wait for hours and then They do not care to solve the problem. They keep sending you back and forth. My account is block because they suspect identity theft. I went to the branch and show them all my id and still waiting for them to solve since last week.
