Found someone bag Sunday night,had TD bank card in it. Brought into the bank to give it to them At 1st they refused to accept the bag and the others cards in it,they were laundry cards. They acted like I was trying scam them!!! I bet it happens all the time find someone bank card, a small waist bag or car bag bring it to bank,you are trying scam them!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! The ads they have friendly bank,caring etc. Bunch of bull!!!!
Every time I find someone wallet bring it to real bank like Chase,Citi, Capital one,they accepted it. Not TD,we can only take the card!!!! If the bag had money in it,I wonder they would have taken it. We can't accepted that money in the bag you are a scammer!!! You are trying to scam us by returning someone bag,card and money!!!! No there was no address in the bag or I would brought to them.

I will put a 0 star if possible but the client representative who attended on us was very condescending and gives racial undertones in her statements. Dinar, mam, just so you know, I am making twice of what my partner is making and No I am not gonna steal anything from his bank account as that is what you are implying. TD should conduct client service programs for their staff.

Banker Irina clearly favors Russian customers over all other ones. She only called Russian speaking people in the one hour we waited to speak with a banker.

Harrible branch! Long line! 1 cashier and it's on regular basis. I have complaint 3 times before... they did give a spit for customers conviniense! When I started outrange out loud the manager of the branch Mrs Marina Iskhakova gave to me order to shat up and threatened me to close my account in TD bank. What a "legendary"service! I never received such kind of humiliation!By the way manager Marina Iskhakova kept her promises she closed my account with TD. What's a cruel experience with this bank.. I think she ruined reputation of TD bank. I am not advice to have business with this branch such kind of dictatorship is not acceptable.

Thank you very much Iryna Pushnia, This girl is really a professional in her field! I addressed a problem, which, believe me, she solved with serious efforts. In other departments there was an answer, wait, we will call you back, they are still calling. I wish this charming girl with all my heart, all the best and fulfillment of all set goals, and most importantly, so that management appreciates who is raising the bank’s rating.

Very bad experience one of the tellers were wearing a Hamas flag pendant on his jacket.I've complained, 10 days later it is still under review and the person still works there.Closing all my accounts and transferring my funds to a bank that not support this kind of behavior.

These people issued a cashier's check to a person for $3200 without verifying that funds are even available. Then pretty much tell me I am robbed out of the money because there is an issue with that person's account. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure a certified/cashiers check is GAURAUNTEED by the bank. Apparently not with this place. If I don't get this resolved by tomorrow, will be pursuing legal action against them. They had the nerve to tell me to chase the person that THEY issued the certified check to. Will see what happens tomorrow. This is already causing me penalties with multiple places as I was relying on this money and this certified check to be GARAUNTEED.
