The employee Khayal Muzafarov very incompetent!
I came to deposit my savings, he rudely asked questions saying that he will report me!
I know the source of income should be mentioned, no problem we will give the source, but ask properly, without being rude and saying that you will report me to IRS! I don’t have anything to hide from IRS!
As an employee you should do your “customer service job”.
So sad that TD bank hired you, you don’t deserve the job you are doing!
Hopefully they will fire him !

Worst costumer service I have ever received from bank representative, all managers and supervisors of TD bank should know about the employee named khayal muzafatov, he insulted us, so rude, he is not professional he doesn’t know about simple bank procedures , Because of him TD became most inconvenient bank of America

TD Bank appears to have changed its policy for the better concerning its security cameras. A few years ago an ATM at the Bank's Shore Parkway location malfunctioned and failed to provide me with the $750.00 cash I had requested. I absent-mindedly left and realized what had happened only after the branch had closed. TD Bank's records incorrectly declared that I had received this cash. I went through a kind of hell trying to get the Coney Island Avenue branch of the Bank, which is where I had opened my account and did almost all of my banking, to review the Bank's security camera footage. The only way I got the Bank to finally acknowledge their ATM's malfunction was to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. By contrast, a few days ago I lost my beautiful cane and thought I had left it next to an ATM inside this Coney Island branch. Without making a fuss, the manager of this branch directed one of its officers to communicate with the Bank's security unit. Security promptly looked at the footage and determined that I had not left my cane here but had walked out with it. I then checked with a nearby 7-11 store where a clerk who had found my cane retrieved it and returned it to me.

I needed help with an issue I have with my card…waited an HOUR for customer service horrible service this should not be taking an hour long only 1 lady working at customer service with 5 people waiting to be called. That one lady was just walking back and forth doing nothing.

Staff is very pleasant, sometimes gets busy and has a long wait time. They got new atms recently and they are faster then the ones before which speeds things up. Could still use a bit more staff but overall not a bad branch.

This Bakn really bad, because I visited for deposit to my account and I put cash to machine and it received but I didn't receive money to my bank account and I explained to bank workers, they said you will receive after 3.5 business days it's long time and it was really need that money to me, and I spent time for nothing there around 30..40 minutes
