Such a welcoming and comfortable studio! The classes are challenging in the best way, and as a beginner I don’t feel overwhelmed. The instructors are all very kind and positive. I always leave sore and feeling accomplished!

The Bar Method is my home away from home! They have a great community, wonderful instructors and I leave feeling energized and ready to tackle my day. Cannot recommend this more as a daily exercise routine with the bonus of friendship 😊
