I mostly shop online had to return a shirt ,first the cashier said if you don’t have the card we can’t return’ even though I asked to check it using my ID,then I asked ok give me store credit’ which she said they don’t have any so come back tomorrow,”like it’s my fault you don’t have store credit” exchange it with something else very very inconvenient. Who has the time to come back and forth! I don’t know if their return policy is that bad or the people working in their don’t want to do their Job. Mostly companies return to your card with receipt and here you come with hundreds of excuses not to return. Waste of time .

Smaller, cramped, fairly messy store. No help roaming around. Selection was barely adequate. You would think there would be at least two employees on the floor, helping customers, straightening up. I mean it IS four days until Christmas Eve. I saw nothing here to make me want to return.

All time new low for this location. Spent over $200 today, manager asks if I would like to sign up for the store cc card, I say no thanks, his response - I really don't want to give you the 30% off anyway.. With a straight face. I signed up for the text alerts to get $10 off a purchase of $40 or more. Text comes in literally 20 seconds after I step away from the counter. I asked a store clerk if I could redeem, directs me to the said manager . He stared blankly at me, huffs and said he would have to return everything.. No, just about $50 worth and apply the coupon. If I as the customer is willing why can't he as the manager? not even a thank you after my initial ring up. Sure you have to make your target today but it's simple folks like me that Contribute to your bottom line DO BETTER THAN THIS CP!

I came here a few hours ago with my son to look for an outfit. Nobody in there greeted us nor asked us if we needed help. There is a light skin lady there she has to be like three months pregnant or so working there and I was on the line she was legit standing in the cashier area not even doing anything. She clearly sees that we're waiting to pay and she just stands there like she's in Lala land or something. My son was trying to be friendly and talk to her. She just stood there and did not say anything. So rude !! Please hire better people to work for this place. These workers are super slow as well.

Although I enjoy this mall I am upset that upon parking in the garage today there was no one wiping down the ticket machines. This was not COVID-19 compliant. Good thing I had hand sanitizer! Otherwise, a good selection of stores. However, a poor food court selection.

Kings plaza is usually a hot crowded mess, when I want to come to just a few stores. It seems to always be hot in here, in service on your cell phone is extremely limited on the 1st floor throughout the entire structure. They have a great selection of stores, but sometimes it's difficult to get the correct size and things because it is such a busy mall. It's technically the only real one in the 5 boroughs. Despite all its shortcomings, it is a staple in the neighborhood. They have some stand out places in there such as Hot Topic, Journeys, Molson's jewelry, Primark, and The Cookie House, which are arguably the best chocolate chip pecan cookies ever. Since covid-19, the mall itself has been closed, but recently a few of the large stores have reopened for curbside pick up common in person shopping and limited access. I was sad to see that JC Penney will be closing soon, but was definitely happy that they at least got a chance to re open.
