If I could rate it a zero I would!!!! This location never picks up the phone. I placed a pick up order for one item!!! And still never recieved a update on when I could pick it up. I needed it for tomorrow 11/17/23. Thanks for ruining my sons pajama day at pre k. I've been to The Children's Place in what many deem the ghetto areas of bk and no one was rude nor taste less, why in this working class neighborhood they employ such trash. I basically got no help calling the customer service neither since he tried reaching out to the location to no avail as well. Your going to loose alot of business Children's place, for a place centered around children you all suck!

Very lazy, rude and disorganized. It’s no wonder brick and mortar stores are closing with “workers “ like the ones here.It seems as though they have a contest going on amongst themselves as to who can be the rudest and do the least work.

Let me start off by saying I have been to numerous Children's Place stores and this one by far is the worst ever! I will NEVER EVER go into that location again. The manager, Velma needs training in customer service and needs to change her rude attitude. I had placed an online pick up order at this location and had to wait on a line with no less then 16 people. There were two employees besides Velma (the manager) and only 1 person ringing up new purchases, returns, and online pickup. When I asked who the manager was she snipped and said "I am". I asked if someone could help this one cashier so the line would move she said "no, this is how corporate wants it" . Are you kidding me?? Keep in mind that while this lone cashier ran back and forth to the back of the store to fetch the online orders the other employee along with the manager just stood there and watched while unfolding and Refolding t-shirts on a table that were piled high. This manager blatantly refused to remedy the situation by not opening the other register so that the customers could complete their transactions and leave. Was this a punishment for the lone cashier or to the customers? While a few people left in disgust I had no choice but to pick my order up. Shame on corporate for allowing this mismanagement.

HORRIBLE customer service! 3 people working 1 person on register with 20+ people on line and the manager VELMA was rude and stated that she will not help! The poor woman at the register not only had to take care of the whole line by herself but also had to run back and fourth by herself for the online orders that are stored in the back of the store. All while their manager Velma stood there and watched! Will never again shop there.

The cashier (Hispanic girl) was very helpful to my kids and I, very respectful and kind. Thank you! You are the only one who always be very nice to us.

Every time I go to pick up my order, it takes the employees forever to retrieve my order. They also seem very happy. They complain to each and I overheard one of em cursing when I was shopping there. I was shocked. There were kids around.When I went today to pick up my order, I waited over 30 mins and then they said they can't find it and I should call back later. I ve been calling for over 2 hours and nobody picks up the phone. Iam so done with this store. There's are better options available or I can simply get it delivered to avoided ever walking into this store ever again.

This place don’t deserve a star. The employees are rude and have a disgusting attitude. If they are not happy working there they should go find another to work place. You would assume on line order would be in and out. Never! Every employee gives you a hard time and would have you standing over 10 mins to 45 mins to get one order. They all have a nasty attitude and have no customer service!!!

The registered lady was so rude. She literally ignored everywhere I said to her. I wasn't even offered a bag until I asked because what I was buying was a gift for someone., Please don't ask me if I felt like a value customer. Because I aint coming back.. sat at 4:23pm the lady was healthy set with glasses on and white shirt. Maybe cuz I'm black lol that's y .... but the other 2 ladies was cool. Why hire people who seem to not like people to help people

I called on Thursday night to see if my order was ready and when would be the last day for a pickup. The guy had the worse customer service ever telling me that I should’ve received a email. If I did have an email to confirm that I wouldn’t have called….either way he didn’t try to help me at all. I ended up hanging the phone up because the ignorance was too much for me. Work on your customer service please!!!!!!!!

The customer service at this store is horrible ! Just called to see if my order is there, whoever answered said in the rudest tone ever, you should of gotten an email. If not then it ain't here. She didn't even allow me to provide my name or order number !!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Shop online and ship to your home to avoid any interactions with people that could care less about your concerns. I placed an online order with the intention of picking up the merchandise. After almost 2 weeks of not receiving an confirmation email, I decided to call customer to inquire about my order. I provided my email/ name and they found the order and advised that I pick up items before the 29th of September. I called the Gateway Mall location in Brooklyn, to make sure the items were there. Speaking to the manager, whom is supposed to provide customer service, was not able to assist me. She explained how she couldn't look up my order without the order number. Completely disregarded my issue and still insisted she couldn't help. I even told her, why can't you contact customer? Her response, I can not. This is not how customers are supposed to be treated especially if it's coming from a manager, the head of the store. I will never be shopping with this company again.

This store is always do messy and the inventory is low . I hate when I'm shopping and their racks or shelves are out of order. They need to step up their plan and get it together. I like their clothes but I refuse to shop in a location like this in the near future.
