I was extremely impressed with the service Roman provided. He made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Roman always responded to my questions in a timely manner, he was also patient with my needs and guided me through the process very well. The main thing for me was that Roman represented me well and actually provides a professional service unlike so many other “agents”. Thoroughly recommend this company for anyone who wants to be treated with respect and to work with true professionals. Thank you for my new home, Roman / Corcoran Group!

Stay away from Tracey McLean at all costs. She is an unprofessional nightmare of an agent to work with. Save yourself the trouble!

Roman Goltyapin was fantastic to work with. Our apartment search was really tough, and we talked to a lot of brokers who were unkind and opaque. Roman was extremely approachable, communicative, helpful, and transparent about every aspect of the process! We especially appreciated him making us aware that the building we saw had some hesitation about cats and that it was harder to get tenants with cats approved. We talked to so many brokers who just wouldn’t have told us something like that. While we ended up finding a place through another brokerage, we really feel like we would have had a great experience with Roman had we signed a lease through him. If you’re looking for a solid broker who will be honest and kind, we can’t recommend him enough!

We recently rented an apartment through the Corcoran Group in Park Slope. The experience was top notch. We worked with Wassim who was attentive and did a fantastic job throughout the process.
We were able to view the apartment and turn around with a counter signed lease in about a week. He was communicative the entire time and just made the whole stress of moving to a new place easy. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend working with Corcoran in the future.

Roman was responsive, informative and helped make sure the turnaround from viewing the apartment to signing was speedy. He knew about the unit and about the apartment and was able to answer all of my questions, and he communicated well and honestly. When unexpected delays came up during the process, he was understanding in ensuring things still went off without a hitch. Thank you for your help Roman!

I should have read the reviews of this branch of Corcoran Group beforehand. I've been trying to rent an apartment with Roman Goltyapin since October 15, and throughout this process, he kept changing his response--saying yes, then no, back and forth countless times. After I reached out again last week, he finally responded today, only to inform me that the apartment had already been rented. His excuse was that he's been overwhelmed by requests, which is simply unacceptable. I even had to contact managers and other representatives at Corcoran just to get an answer. This experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I would caution anyone considering working with this team; they come across as unprofessional and disorganized.

My experience with the agency was horrible. The seller's agent (who works here) literally told me the only reason why I would need my own agent is if I want to submit an offer below the list price. Zero stars!

Worked with an agent from this office and her work habits left a ton to be desired. She would take forever to get back to me and had little to no answers to even the simplest of questions. She did end up showing me 2 coops and neither came even close to what I described I was after. Neither coop was her listing and she was muttering through the basics, reading info about them off the sheets that we found in both apartments (with other agents' names on them). I can't even recall her name as I then switched to another agent from a different local agency. I did originally expect a lot more from a brand like Corcoran. This morning I looked up that office to try to recall the agent's name and she seems to have since departed for an even bigger brand. Oh well. Maybe the size of brand does matter, I don't know. Maybe there she finds more inspiration and motivation to do her job. It was just a very frustrating few days and I remember them well enough to have wanted to share this.

Hello all, I met with a person named Wil Nelson who first off was unresponsive as he asked me to text him in regards to my budget( I have section 8). When I did that he still didn't reply. I had to keep calling him to ask when I could come see the place. Finally he told me( not asked) if I could come in and see the apartment in Brownsville Brooklyn on 3/8/23. When I got to the place I had my daughter with me and he looked like he didn't want to even help me up the stairs with the stroller. I got to the apartment and he was very short with me even though I was trying to make small talk with him. He seemed annoyed like he didn't want to be bothered. After I viewed the place I asked him how soon were they looking to rent the apt, he stated ASAP but there were 6 other applicants and that afterwards he would email me an application. He never emailed me the application. A total waste of my time, and very unpleasant.I thought with him being from the neighborhood that he'd be in a position to help but I guess I was wrong. My advice is to be pleasant with people, you never know when you might need that person one day.

our experience with Linda Leon was a waste of time basically . we provided all info she asked for and made us wait for 3 weeks to tell us at the end that the landlord has chosen another application although we have a very good credit score and more than enough income to rent the apartment . My be she just didn't like our background and she was waiting for other people and kept us waiting as a last resort . so avoid this real estate agent and this company and save your time

If I could give six stars then I would! Allie Jones with the Corcoran Group helped me find my most recent rental and she was such a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and answered all of my questions any time of day! Allie will do her best to find you a rental that fits your needs and guide you along every step of the way. I highly recommend working with Allie if you are looking for your next home.

I strongly advise anyone reading this not to work with Corcoran whether you are selling or buying/renting. I have never come across such a horrible and unprofessional company. This review is about SOPHIA LI and JUNE CHIN. We had a deal in place and they screwed us over and went back on their word. We were sent an email letting us know that our offer was accepted. We signed papers and sent it back. Over the next 3 weeks I communicated over text with Sophia about little things like blinds, she mentioned the dishwasher needed to be replaced and I had asked about moving in a few weeks later due to being away. We had informed our current landlords we would be vacating July 1st instead of September 1st. Today I find out that they decided to rent it to someone else without any notice. I was then put on the phone with June Chin who might be the most obnoxious person I've ever spoken to. I honestly don't know how she is an actual broker. It felt like I was talking to a wall and then she hung up on me! We are only as good as our word and for these people (who represent Corcoran) their word means NOTHING. They screwed us over and now we have less than 2 months to find a place to live. There are so many better brokers in NYC and elsewhere to use. I implore anyone reading this not to use them.

I have, in less than a month, reached out to a realtor from this Corcoran office via Street Easy requesting tours for three different apartments, only to receive no response. Even when I submit multiple requests. I always submit an initial request within hours of when the apartment is first listed. I suspect the lack of response has to do with the spelling of my name which clearly indicates that I am Latina. Searching for housing in NYC is traumatic enough of an experience without having to worry about discrimination from relators. The realtors associated with the most recent no response listing were: George Pigott and Nathalie Roy. This is a serious problem that Corcoran needs to address and correct. I imagine I am not the only person who has experienced this.
