Janine is an excellent instructor. She knows anatomy and how every day movement and stresses impact the body. She's attentive, warm, knowledgeable, and approachable. I've been taking her classes for years and I know that many other clients have done the same--the sign of a great studio.

Janine is a magician. I have complex and chronic body pain, but working with Janine, I’m able to find relief and strengthen and release my muscles. Highly recommend! I have tried a lot of different body practices and the mix of pilates/gyrotonics/etc that Janine employs has been the best for me.

Janine’s the best! I’ve been going to her for years and not only do I have a happier, healthier body but I’ve learned a lot about my body from her & how to exercise more effectively. She’s personable & intuitive and will push you but not beyond what she thinks you can do. I can’t recommend her more!!
