Was sold a pack of Black & White Polaroid SX-70 film that expired over two years ago as if it was new - no word of warning about the production/expiration date, and charged full price. The expired film was also not being stored in a fridge. As a result, the chemistry of the film was completely degraded. Produced some fun effects on the few photos that did end up developing, but not at all what I was expecting or paying for.
The store clerk was perfectly nice otherwise - with that said, I’m likely not going to buy film here again, and would recommend others check production and expiration dates before buying “new” film stock.

Extremely SLOW Service! I purchased from them because their website says, "All online orders received before 4:00 pm EST are shipped the same day unless there are any issues processing your credit card." Well, there weren't issues with my card because they received my money the day I placed my order. Four days later, I asked where my tracking number was, and they hadn't even shipped my order yet! I asked to cancel my order and for a refund and they said they would process it, and still nothing. I am really unhappy with my experience and will not be purchasing anything from them again.

Saw on their website that they had the kodak gold 200, which prompted to travel to them, only to find out that they actually don’t have the film. The cashier’s only reply was that they didn’t have it. No apologies, no mentioning that they will update their website. Nothing. Worthless.

For film production equipment rentals, I highly recommend IW for their stock: prices; and for how reasonable they are to work with. Anyone looking to shoot with the Sony a7S III or four of them, I can tell you they have everything you need.

Do not order from here. Ordered a yellow backdrop, gave specific dimensions. Took 10 days to arrive (shipping within NYC takes at most 2 days) shipped from ARIZONA from Amazon, which we weren't told about. Came in baby blue, completely wrong dimensions, even when the order receipt reads what we originally ordered. Cost us to postpone a scheduled date another week or so. Go to the other recommended stores, spend the money, it's guaranteed.

I bought something on their website. They claim that they provide quick delivery service but they don’t.I placed my order on Saturday and waited until Wednesday to find out they still didn’t ship my order. I emailed them and was told to provide some irrelevant information, such as whether I’m from Taiwan or not. I called and they didn’t try to help on the phone. They just asked me to wait for the email reply. And again, they asked some nonsense questions, such as where the recipient lived before. What on earth does it have to do with my simple online order? And if they really need this information, why didn’t they email me at the first time?It’s Friday now and I still didn’t get any feedback. They charged me already but I don’t know where my purchase is now. It seems like they just ignored my order until I emailed them. Im not sure if it’s an Asian unfriendly shop. I feel very disappointed since I saw lots of comments online saying how friendly the sales are in the store but it’s different from what I got on my phone call.Also, don’t trust its quick delivery service. It does not exist.
