I liked this office. Comfortable waiting chairs and attentive staff and front desk. I have been here a few times and have only good thing to say! I went to Dr. Starosta who you can tell really cares for you.

Pretty clean and professional, with COVID precautions being practiced as well as they can at the moment. Was nicely accommodated by the singular person working there, who had to do everything. They were quick and efficient, and was great to talk to while getting set up.The sign leading to the entrance could be a little clearer, considering it's underneath an actual clinic, which is the only reason this has four stars. Good experience otherwise!

I was with my children in this office for blood tests. The nurse was unprofessional. She couldn't find my child's vein. My child got stressed.

Been a long time patient , was told people were ahead of me , when I was waiting an hour outside and the technician there very slow . Talks in another language to everyone and wasted my whole morning . When I tried to ask what was going on she said she’s busy working not to talk to her . Unless you speak Russian I guess ?

I came to the bio reference lab today for TB bloodwork and I had an amazing experience. The doctor who helped me was the sweetest and most kindest soul ever. I came to this specific location because of its 5 star reviews and I can confirm that all the 5 stars are well deserved. Highly recommend!!!!

Lovely place. I called in the evening ahead of a medical appointment the following day. The blood technician was doubled as the receptionist was very courteous, polite and helped me through the process. She was very delicate and clean. I will be sure to go here from now on even if it takes me an extra 10 min to get there from south slope.

Had been going to Sunnyvale, CA location for several times already. I find one of the plhebotomist Arlene, really professional and friendly in treating patients. Just today, she went out of her way to make may Mom feel really comfortable during blood extraction. She is funny. Due to the current covid pandemic, she made sure that interaction with patient is quick but not to to the point of pushing things to get done right away. She is really terrific in doing her job.

Locations on google in NYC aren't accurate. When I complained, I was told that I should really call before going. How is that the solution in 2020?? People don't call; we look up directions on google and go to what is listed. It's especially concerning considering that the sample I was turning in was time sensitive. Ultimately, NYU Langone connected me to a sales rep who was really, really friendly, but I had to go crazy and cry on them to get someone to help me. Now my bill is showing up months later in the mail and it's some sort of antiquated payment system that looks like a total scam. Unimpressed.
