Horrible experience.
Only 2 week return period. Tried to return 2 brand new shells and she claims she cannot take them back due to the shells being placed in a bag. As if we were going to return the shells pressed by a dry cleaners. Over priced and very bad quality.

Overpriced. If they stood behind their products it would be one thing,,,I have perhaps 20 of their shells. Never had a problem until one time when the shell became totally splotchy and discolored. Clearly there was a problem with the cloth. Their response? You must have done something. You must have put bleach on it. They could not explain why this has never happened to anything else I own. Turns out Lands End has nicer and less expensive shells. AND they make things right if there's a problem. No more Shell Station for me. I warn you to be careful.
