A horrible experience. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes to get ID photos (which I brought in myself!!!) printed out. Because the computer didn’t work, then they restarted it, then something else. So slow and ineffective that the line was over 10 people. Unbelievable.

Jiovani, not sure if I'm spelling his name right, but he was holding it down, doing 10 things at a time. Had me in and out in less than 5 mins, when the line was all the way outside.

I was just in the store trying to figure out the right-sized boxes to ship my broken computer for an RMA. When I approached the counter, one of the girls there started laughing and looking at her coworkers for some reason.
I asked what was funny, and she pointed to her colleague, saying, "We're not laughing." I replied that she was the only one laughing. She tried to stop, but then proceeded to bring me the wrong box while I was still trying to figure out what I needed.
Another worker eventually helped me, but the customer service was still subpar. I really needed the supplies, so I bought something, although they couldn't help me figure out exactly what I needed. As a result, I may have bought the wrong-sized boxes. The young woman who was laughing wore a gold chain, which I believe had her name on it, and she was also wearing glasses.
A gentleman came in shortly after me with a tracking question, and when he left, they seemed to laugh at him too. I'm trying not to take the laughter personally, but even if I wasn't the butt of the joke, it was terrible customer service. I will not be going back.

Kayla made what could have been an extremely stressful and annoying shipping experience way less stressful and annoying. If i was working in this heat i would have had the worst attitude but kayla was so helpful and friendly and kind!!

Those young women at this store work HARD and are always Profesional even under the most hectic of circumstances, like when the line is out the door. They are so sweet and they know me by name and always greet me with a friendly Hi Ms. B when they see me because I have an account there and pick up tons of packages there pretty much every week. I like to joke with them and tease them because they are so sweet to me. And they lift heavy boxes. The only thing negative I can say about this store is the turnover. The girls I grow to know and like, I suddenly don't see anymore. Maybe it's the insufficient pay for the great amount of work that they do that makes them leave? And they work HARD. I don't know. I just hope that they are being well compensated for the great work that they do and their wonderful and professional customer service. And the staff is ALL women and is the best UPS store I've been in that have men. I take two buses just to go to this one. Girl Power

This review is for the staff in 2022, while pregnant I was trying to mail a package. I purchase tape to closed the top of the box. The staff literally gave me only 4 inches of tape and the box was open. I had argued with the staff to close the box properly so it won't get damaged or open during the mailing progress.
This employee had the worst attitude. I was charged one dollar plus taxes to use a few inches of tape that close 50 cents.
