I paid for a UPS membership specifically to change the delivery address of a package being sent to the wrong address. Despite this, UPS has made it impossible to use the service I paid for.
The online portal won’t verify my identity, blocking address changes for members—yet if I log out and proceed as a guest, UPS allows the change for an even higher fee than the membership itself.
Over six days, I received contradictory information from multiple agents; one even hung up on me when I asked for clarification. Fraud Prevention claimed they called me multiple times, but I have no missed calls or voicemails, and their callback number led to 90+ minutes on hold with no answer.
Posting so others know: if they can't manage a simple phone call, they certainly can't be trusted to mail a package.

There's an employee that unplugs internet to the printer whenever they're working so they don't have to print labels. Check before you spend all that time waiting in line, or better yet go to Fedex.

12pm on Sunday store should be open and says it is online but is randomly closed. Randomly closed all the time with no explanation.
Also never opens on time during the week

Lunch break at 2pm with no indication of when they’ll be back? Customers walk for a long time to come to this shop and this is simply unacceptable from UPS.

Since the old manager (a young Asian man who was responsible, fast and polite) left, this store is a total nightmare. Extremely long lines, lots of chit chat instead of getting stuff done fast! Long lines. Very loud music, one clerk hides behind the boxes and sits idle.

The store is always extremely busy and crowded, but the young Indian man (I don’t know his name, but he looks quite young) who works on weekends handles it exceptionally well. He’s incredibly efficient, fast, and always friendly with customers. Even when the line is long, he stays calm, works quickly, and genuinely seems to care about helping everyone. The location would definitely benefit from an extra staff member or even a self-service option, but this employee consistently goes the extra mile to keep things running smoothly. Great staff — just a very crowded store.

This store used to be so nice and well run. Unfortunately, a couple of months ago things really took a turn for the worse. It has become one of the worst ups stores I can think of. Always understaffed with huge lines. The computer system is always broken. Avoid this one if you can.

So inefficient. 1 person working. Each customer took at least 5 minutes to service. Not willing to staff appropriately is a choice by management.

Came on a Sunday at 2pm with an urgent package and it was closed with no explanation and no time written of when it would open again. I walked 20 minutes to get here but rest assured I will not come back.

This place would really benefit from a drop box that can scan ups qr codes (like Fedex does). I noticed more recently it seems that only one person is working at once, having 2 people (which seemed to be the norm a year ago) sped up the line considerably. Also, there's no A/C.
