Shockingly terrible. Was literally yelled at by staff and manager stood by and did nothing. Do not go there even if it’s convenient unless you like getting yelled at.

I sent an important package to be delivered at the store instead of my apartment to avoid it being stolen, but instead ended up with lies. My package was supposedly delivered on time, with a signature verifying its acceptance, but when I went to the store it was not there. I was told to call UPS corporate. After a long maze of multiple calls trying to get through their phone tree, I finally got ahold of a person saying the package was actually back at the distribution center, and I had to wait until the next business day. When I went to pick up the package today, I was charged $5 to pick it up, apparently because I don't have a PO box there. I've received packages at the store before with no charge. I explained the situation and the employee just chomped her gum, dismissed my concern, and insisted I pay the $5 despite their lies and mistakes. I congratulate the UPS driver's union on what I'm sure is a well deserved raise, however this experience at this UPS store means I will never use UPS again.

Yes is this location convenient absolutely but what you don't know is that this is a franchise and you are obligated to pay more due to the fact they can charge more. This location is good for drop offs. Go to a true location for lost packages and more reasonable pricing.

This UPS store is truly excellent, and I am grateful to have it in the community. It has made my work much easier. Due to my job, I visit every week, and the spacious interior provides ample room for storing a multitude of packages. However, as closing time approaches, the store tends to get busier. The only downside is the rapid turnover of employees. It seems that new staff members are joining almost every month. Just as an employee becomes proficient, they end up leaving, which is quite unfortunate.

The people at the counter is really rude they're not friendly, not helping I've been charged two dollar for 10 inches of tape identify not gonna come back to this location

I've been going to this store for over 5 years, and three weeks ago was the first time I had a bad experience. A black female with braids was behind the counter when I asked for a sleeve to put me return label in, she took one from the stack in front of her and tossed it onto the top of my box. She watched me struggle to open it (it kept sticking to itself) and scowled like I was wasting her time. After almost 5 minutes, I asked her if it had to be sealed and she said yes and haphazardly stuck a piece of tape on it. I then asked for tape for the small box because I ran out of packing tape, I got a lecture about how she's supposed to charge me for it and in the future, I need to make sure it's taped when I bring it. The she taped it quickly and poorly. I said 'thank you', she said nothing. I left and will never go back. Why the owner would have this disgusting person dealing with customers escapes me. That store has always been a pleasant experience.

Not helpful. They don’t close at 7. They close at 6:30. If you refuse to ship something after 6:30, then you’re closed and should say so. You lost a $300 shipment to FedEx. Will make sure to not return.

Item was not packed well by the store. My antique clock arrived shattered. Trying to recoup the insurance I paid for has been a nightmare. Unless it's something cheap, never use UPS. I will only use FEDEX or DHL going forward.

I recently visited the UPS store and had a terrible experience with the staff. Sam, in particular, was incredibly rude and lacked basic people skills. She was argumentative, confrontational, and rolled her eyes at me multiple times during our interaction. It was clear that she was having a bad day and was taking it out on me as the customer. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.Even worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, I was met with the same attitude. The manager was equally rude and unhelpful. It was clear that there is a serious lack of training and customer service skills among the staff at this location.I was shocked and disappointed by the behavior of the staff at this UPS store. Customers should not be treated with such disrespect and hostility. I would strongly advise anyone looking for shipping services to avoid this location at all costs.

I've been a regular customer at the UPS Store for a while now, but my recent experience with the new employee, Sam, was incredibly disappointing. I accidentally stood on the wrong line and she was incredibly rude and aggressive towards me. Her attitude was completely uncalled for and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.To make matters worse, when I brought up the issue with the manager, they didn't seem to care about the situation or take any action to address the behavior of their employee. As someone who relies on this store for my shipping needs, I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff.I hope that the UPS Store management takes this feedback seriously and makes changes to ensure that their customers are treated with respect and courtesy at all times.

Avoid this UPS location at all costs, especially for print jobs. Their printers aren't calibrated correctly and the results are incredibly poor quality. Customer service doesn't even try to rectify bad print jobs or diagnose the problem. Most unprofessional printer in the city, save your money.

BEWARE. This place is owned and operated by a scam artist. If you take the time to read the other reviews, in particular those specifying shipping activity for an online Antique merchant, you will see the owner (John) has kept merchandise purchased by other people and claims that it is somehow "lost" in transit, but bears zero responsibility. We are out hundreds of dollars due to the scam of this UPS store owner, but are in the process of taking legal action against this establishment to recover the money lost. The owner has already missed one court appearance as it relates to this matter and we will continue to proceed and escalate legal action if needed. I also intend to file a report with the Better Business Bureau to ensure there is a record of the theft taking place at this UPS store. If you communicate with John, the owner, make sure you only communicate IN WRITING. You'll be glad you did if you have to take legal action in the future.

My daughter is extremely anti social and this machine is a game changer she does not need to talk to anyone it does everything. Just read the instructions. Also make sure your package Is not that big. Also the young lady there seems very nice. She is always pleasant when I come in we greet each other and get to that machine.

Ups stores are usually very helpful. I can’t believe how rude these people are. Worst attitudes. I said “good morning” and nothing. “How are you doing today?” Nothing. “Have a good day.” NOTHING. No interpersonal skills. If you are doing anything more than a drop-off you won’t get much help….
