The reviews regarding store hours being inconsistent are spot on. I went last night at 6:05 (they clearly stay open until 6:30) and the staff were standing behind the locked door staring at me claiming they were closed. One kind girl saw I was simply dropping off a pre labeled Nuuly return and unlocked the door to grab it for me.
As of today (12:45pm) Nuuly still says the package hasn’t been scanned. I called twice and was not put through to even a voicemail either time. There is ~$300 of clothing in that package that I’ll be accountable for should something happen. I would like to silly get in touch with the store to better understand the status of the package.

I went twice to try to return a packet one at 5:45 pm and the next day at 10 am on a weekday and it was closed , no sign on the door no explanation. They make you waste your time

I’ve dealt with this place for 3 years it is HORRIBLE and should CLOSE. It doesn’t even deserve one star. There isn’t staff for it to be open the correct hours, majority of the time they can’t take returns, print, or even keep the lighting on they have like one working light. It’s New York City it’s ridiculous to walk all the way to your closest UPS and the one person working is on break and won’t even be back for an hour. Like is this a small French village or Brooklyn lol???! Every day I come here there is a new sign and a new issue.

I never seen a queue at an ups store so long like in this. There was a guy working who didn’t give a shit about the people stay outside in the cold. He didn’t try not even for one second to be faster and hurry up. Slow, he was texting and calling his friend saying he was waiting his break. I mean no consideration at all. 25min to return a package, never again

No reason to stay open at this point. Either closed during business hours for no reason, no QR codes, no happy returns, no printing, every other time no notary public. Always something wrong with their system or computer. Just ridiculous.

This place deserves to die… I’m not sure what the owner thought it would be but it’s obviously not making the money he imagined as they don’t even keep the hours they claim. Show up on a Saturday to see the gate closes without explanation multiple weeks in a row.
Ask the staff why the store is not lit? Find out that the owner refuses to fix it.
Not sure what took place behind the scenes here but it’s obviously very poorly managed at the top.
