I used to like this place because the employees at this store were friendly and I thought they were good at their jobs. Recently, however, when a job required more expertise than just processing Amazon returns, they, or at least one of them, completely bungled that job. I needed to return a beautiful, perfectly functioning TV to an eBay seller because the TV lacked a certain feature that I thought it had. I paid this store to package and ship the TV. The employee or employees who packaged the TV did such a terrible job that the TV was badly damaged en route. The seller could not issue a refund to me because the TV could not be resold. I was able to get back from UPS Capital some of the money I lost but not all of it: despite the UPS guarantee, UPS Capital refused to reimburse me for the cost of the return shipping. My recommendation: do not trust the negligent people at this store to securely package a fragile item and do not believe that buying UPS insurance will entirely protect you in the event of damage to your item.

Great service! No wait! I went there for an Amazon return and didn't have the box my original purchase came in. The employee told me I could purchase a box for $1. He didn't end up charging me for the box :)

The tall, young Indian guy at this location is absolutely wonderful. I was fumbling at the copy machine insisting I could do it on my own (I couldn’t) and he repeatedly came over to help when he saw me struggling. He simultaneously worked the register and shortened the line quickly. He’s a great multi talker and an absolute gentleman.
I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shoutout!

I had a complicated situation regarding the return of a cell phone to the dealer. The help that I received from Sahin at the UPS store at 642 Coney Island Avenue was spectacular!!!He was courteous, competent, and very pleasant! Keep it up, Sahin!!!!!
