The people who work here are rude and unprofessional. When I balked at $60 two day shipping option, he sent me home to print a label and bring it back if I "wanted a better price." Then, when I went back to send the actual package, he had the nerve to say that the option I chose would have been cheaper if I had purchased it on site!Will think twice before going in here again.

Love this location. The guys here are always very quick with shipping your items. There are rarely long lines because they attend to you so quickly. Not much parking sometimes but because it’s usually a quick in and out process double parking quickly isn’t bad. Just don’t block the car shop that’s next door to it.

This is my first Google review because I felt severely compelled to share this feedback. If I could give my experience at this UPS Store zero stars I would. The young adult I encountered here was unprofessional and rushed me unnecessarily. I don't encounter this at other UPS stores or their competitors when it comes to printing services.I brought a sensitive document to be scanned and emailed so that I can have a digital copy for safekeeping, I suggested using the scanner myself since I'm familiar with the equipment and this is what I usually do at other UPS Stores and Fedex Print Center locations without issue, but the attendant recommended doing it; I assumed that the scanner was faulty and required some nuanced procedure for operation, he took my document and threw it in the machine unevenly, causing it to be crushed by the scanner. It took everything in my body to not blow a gasket in the store.Without going into details; the document was notarized, stamped and was of utmost importance to me, and now it looks absolutely unprofessional for its intended purpose; and it is difficult for me to have another copy notarized before the deadline by which I needed it. On the second attempt to scan the document properly, the attendant debated with me when I suggested using the preview option on the scanner to review the copy before emailing it, and he wanted me to pay for it despite the digital copy not coming out with the format that I wanted.If you're going to have people represent your business, please make sure that they're fully trained and mature enough to deal with your customers. I understand and support giving young people opportunities but the documents that are brought to the store should be treated with care, there's no way to know how important these documents are to some people. The sad part is that this young man was training another employee at the time, such role models should reflect the principles and values of the organization, those weren't on display during my visit. I'm sure this attendant is very smart, but customer service and attention to detail was not a quality observed here.I've encountered young people at other UPS stores who have been extremely courteous, professional and know how to treat people; please do a better job training and evaluating your employees. I've never in my life been more turned off from a franchise than I was on this day, absolutely deplorable.

THIEVES!!! BEWARE!!!! I had a phone trade in prepaid box from Verizon that I was sending for a large phone credit. I was traveling and my mother had dropped off an amazon return and the pone box. They gave her a receipt for the amazon return. She asked about the phone box and they said not to worry it was scanned in. There was never a trace of my phone again. THEY STOLE MY recent IPHONE that I was upgrading. NOW I AM AT A LOSS OF $800. Of course they should get a negative star review but I cannot send this in unless I put one star.

Shipped many times from this UPS store and was always amazing until this morning. 2 young kids at the counter. They were causing problems since the box was a bit open although it had tape all the way around many times securing the box and content. Eventually they accepted only to call me an hour later that they can't accept it and if I don't pick it up by tomorrow they will throw it out. I've shipping boxes like this many times before with UPS. Stores and drivers never made a problem before.

This ups location was very fast and efficient.The employees that assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable of my concerns. They deserve a fair raise for the effort they apply towards their job everyday.. A+service!

3 last times were very good. I am glad that they started to improve and can tell you that even if you had a bad experince, give them another chance, they got better.

I had a return today was all discombobulated had print one label twice and Sahin and Yahya helped me out to the fullest. If we could encounter help such as I did today it would be awesome. THEY DESERVE A RAISE for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! A job well done....

If you need envelopes for your packing, you have to care about it in advance. Very limited variety of envelopes, be ready for that. Additionally, my parcel was sent only two days after I had brought it to the office. And to my question why my tracking number was not working, I got the answer that it is processing - looking into my eyes, the person said - check it in 1-2 business days. I did not get a notification that any label for my parcel had been created.

I was not served. Explaining that my goods are packed in only one package, but I need 2 packages and opaque. I have been served here for more than one year and always brought in such a package and they accepted me!
