I gave 5 stars for my review only because of the very kind and professional young lady named Victoria who is the Notary. There were two more young women working there yesterday when I stopped by to have four documents notarized. To make a long story short, I waited on a long line for my turn to get waited on. When I stated that I needed documents notarized, one of the clerks told me that I was too late because the Notary just clocked out for the day and clocks out every day at 3pm. I told her that I called their store early that morning and was told the Notary would be in at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. and no one ever asked if some of us on the line were there for Notary services rather than make us wait on line to just be told we would not be serviced. The clerk was very rude and pretty much called me a liar about the phone conversation I had when I called the store. The Notary hadn’t even left the store yet; however, the clerk refused to call her from the back to find out if she would be willing to notarize my documents before she left since I had been in the store waiting on line all the while she was waiting to service customers. Sweet kind Victoria put her coat on and left, but was willing to turn around and come back in the store to notarize my documents after I told her what happened. I was so frustrated and was almost in tears, but my whole mood changed to sheer happiness at the kindness and respect Victoria showed me. There are still good people in this world. Victoria is living proof!

pretty confusing experience at this store. I came in with my package in a box and a pre-paid shipping label QR code on my phone and the woman told me it would cost $5 to print my label. I just paid for the label online about 30 mins earlier, why is it $5 extra to print a single piece of paper? is this really the usual policy of UPS stores? will look elsewhere in the future

Called on Friday asking when notary was in. They said this morning. I look to call to confirm today, but their phone is still disconnected saying it’s new years. I take 30 min to travel here and the notary actually is not in. Wasted an hour of my day.

This UPS store is fantastic. I’ve shipped tons of things through here. Never had a problem and everyone is very kind. They also have dog treats.

I was really disappointed with my experience using UPS. I shipped an important, sentimental package from one UPS store to another with $200 insurance on top of the value of the item. I paid extra, trusting that there would be no issues with theft. I got a notification that the package is ready for pickup, and when I went to the store they told me someone named "Jenn" had signed for the package and it wasn't there, even though when I called UPS customer service they confirmed the package was delivered to the store. Is UPS not concerned at all that a random person has intercepted my package? I was able to get the money back which is great, but there's no way I would trust or recommend this service to anyone. It was really upsetting and frustrating.
