The employees are fantastic, honest, helpful, and for your best interests. They are not here to rip you off, to provide service with integrity. Prices are pricey but reasonable. The tech guy in back is amazing; he opened up the laptop and fixed it on the spot, unlike the geek squad. The iPad was fixed quickly, even though it was sent to a different location. Service is efficient, patient, and recommended.
