Wow I wish I had read the reviews previously. The prices are super cheap but the work is so low quality. Pants I had mended came back with holes, a dress brought in for stains had only one removed, clothes come back still dirty.

These folks are pirates. I gave them an $850 Arc'teryx parka to dry clean. They literally gashed a hole in the lining and ironed on a cheap patch.I didn't bother confronting them, since they would just lie.

Have had multiple pairs of jeans altered here. He always does a great job. He is super old school - sewing machine in the front, pins clothes when you try them on to make sure it’s the fit you want. And super honest - will let you know if he can’t do something before taking the job. Highly recommend!

They lost my dresses and refusing to compensate. They refused to give me a copy of original service ticket and refused to review their surveillance footage with me…they are probably trying to delete evidence. Not apologetic and terrible service. Do not go here.

Great, reliable place to dry clean and alter clothes. I've come here consistently for years and have never had an issue. They've been on time every time and clothes have always come back super clean or tailored perfectly. Owners are also super friendly and will talk you through any questions you may have.

I have been going to this place to dry clean my work clothes and I never had a bad experience. It is sad to see so many one star comments. Other than they are not so personable, I have never had any problems with them. I drop off my cloth and they have it ready within 2 days. If I ask them I need it sooner they always do their best to accommodate. Again, this may not be the best cleaners in Brooklyn, but I also do not agree with 1 star comments.

I brought my tuxedo pants to be cleaned prior to my wedding and they were returned to me destroyed. Photos attached. When I went back to show them, they told me they didn't do it... but they'd fix them for a discount. I'd never trust them with any of my clothes again and I wish I read the reviews prior to trusting them with such an important item.

I’ve been their client for a few years and must say that they don’t appreciate the business at all. The last time that I brought in pants to have stitched, they did such a bad job on them that the stitching came off the first time I wore them. When I brought them back in to ask them to do a better job, they started arguing with me that it wasn’t their job. Never again.

Completely ruined an expensive wool dress - shrunk 2x, the lining is torn from the main dress, unsalvageable. Feels like it was put through the washer and dryer.

I brought them my pants that needed an alterations. I got them back in 2 weeks. Every time I would step by it wouldn't be ready.A friend of mine told me that they were giving him different prices for the same pieces. Not nice...Not coming back ever.
